I purchased a product almost a month ago. It was really stunning, but somehow visible signs of tarnishing show already. I contacted them and they replied asap. They offered me an option of refund or replacement. Of course I chose the latter part, I can't let go this beautiful item. I still highly recommend their product.

I highly recommend this company. The jewelry I received is absolutely stunning!! They are quick to respond to any inquiries and their prices are right.

I have bought in total from Rosce Jewelers 2 Bracelets and 1 Necklace. What I really like the most is they offer different sizes of their bracelets since I have smaller wrists than most people and these are just perfect for me!
The Clarity is outstanding, the stones are set perfectly where I don’t have to worry about one falling out, ordered 18k white gold vermeil still looks like the day it came.

I have had many outstanding compliments from new people when they see me and I tell some of them where I got it from.

I believe if you can’t wear your jewelry every day why buy it? Rosce Jewelers is the type of Jewelry I can wear everyday and I do! I just bought 2 more pieces two days ago….

I ordered two rings from Roscoe. The deliveries were quick. The first ring was absolutely beautiful. I have a very expensive diamond ring, but I've put it in the safe and have been wearing Roscoe's instead. My second order was an eternity ring, which was also very pretty, but the stones fell out the first time I wore it. I contacted customer service, and they were amazing. They apologized and offered me a replacement, which was beautiful and arrived quickly. They didn't ask me to return the damaged ring, and couldn't have been nicer.

My order arrived from the other side of the world right on time as predicted. I am so impressed with my bracelet, with its look, colour & feel & I am so grateful to Rosce Jewelers for their expertise & exactness with their delivery. I am so excited to share my experience & would highly recommend them to anyone considering a purchase.

Great customer service. I had a small issue with the clasp and they were quick to get back to me about how to resolve the issue. When the clasp was still loose the happily replaced the braclet

Excellent service, had a slight problem which was efficiently and effectively dealt with. Beautiful bracelet.

Purchased for my daughter for Christmas - tennis necklace upon opening was kinked and bent. The tennis bracelet broke within hours of her wearing it. Contacted and complained they offered me a second set for $29 and $39 respectively because the ticket was raised over 30 days from purchase (I had bought for Christmas it had been under the tree). Poor quality products and service.

So far so good. My bracelets look wonderful. I was really worried as I had read some bad reviews after I had ordered and thought I may have thrown away good money. Thankfully although delayed a little en-route which was not Rosce’s fault (I could see exactly where they were held up on the tracking) they arrived and I am very happy with the quality of the products. .
