Customer service is excellent! I placed my rings in an ultrasonic cleaner and it removed the metal vermeli. I appreciated their willingness to help make it right even though my purchase was a few years old.

Their diamonds are NOT lab diamonds, they are made of cheap glass. The company is making fraudulent claims and posting fake reviews. A quick search on reddit or reviewing real reviews will give you all the info you need to know.

I ordered a beautiful bracelet but it was delivered to the wrong address. The person it was delivered to, was out of town so after a few weeks I inquired to ROSCE and received the best customer service I have ever had with a company. They were reaching out to USPS and trying to track the package down while keeping up great communication. The person it was delivered to, finally came and dropped it off. Mailman mistake as we have the same number but different street address. Anyways, the bracelet is absolutely gorgeous and ROSCE quality and customer service is excellent!

Please please read Reddit threads on r/Diamonds about rosce. Most reviews are faked by the company and they false advertise a lot. For example they claim that they have “life time warranty” on their products but when I tried to use it they said because I bought my products “over 8 months ago” the “life time warranty” no longer applies. Like what??

Poor quality. Hugely misleading advertising. I bought a tennis bracelet. A stone fell out on the third wear. The stone was found. I took a pic and sent it to the company noting that according to their website there is a lifetime guarantee. They offered to forward me 69 dollars. I have no idea why 69? The bracelet cost a lot more. I told them so. Then they offered me to buy another bracket at a discount price (as if I wanted to buy another poor quality bracelet when the first had broken?) The bracelet is broken. I asked for repair or refund. The stones are cloudy. A stone fell out. The item is poor quality. I just wanted a refund. I told them so. After ten emails they finally agreed to a refund but get this - only in the basis that I removed this review. I said hey, keep the money. You're a low grade seller and deserve to be exposed.AVOID THIS Seller.
