I bought the four prong Monette tennis necklace because my friend was wearing it and it looked so real. She’s been wearing it for a while and I complimented her on it and finally she agreed to tell me that it wasn’t the real thing. I asked her for the website and as a good friend, she obliged. I love my necklace. I ordered it before Valentine’s Day and to take 10 days to get it as well worth it. I wore it to work yesterday and I work in a high-end department store and I got so many compliments on it.. I will definitely spread the good word about Roscoe..

Ordered earrings. They arrived and are impossible for me to open. Immediately asked to return. They want me to pay for tracked which is as much as they cost Plus lie to customs that they are only worth $10

I have not received my goods since I just placed my order. But I can vouch that customer services level are simply awesome. Responding to emails, promptly monitoring my items in the cart and offering discount.
From their websites, the items are beautiful so I’m anticipating it soon to surprise my wife.

Beautiful products, well made. Customer service is great-the post of an Halo stud earring was bent when I received it. They asked for a picture (proof), and promptly sent me a replacement pair, didn’t ask for the original to be returned.

I'm real person, working in Singapore, I bought from Rosce, I was like everyone, scared that i will get cheated, but they send my order, ya it is not real diamonds but the workmanship is excellent.

If you want, you can buy more expensive that can hurt your pocket, I bought for my everyday use, I am so delighted with my purchased worth over $1k sgd.

I’ve ordered from ROSCE more than once because the products were great and I get nonstop compliments. I just had an issue with a recent order and it has all been resolved. It takes a little time due to a time difference I think, but everything was taken care of and they go out of their way to try and remedy a situation.

You will be scammed, and you will not get your goods, but they will offer you to " buy it agin to a discountet price" TO PAY AGAIN!, for something you already paid for!! The customer service is a joke! It's a china company, that doesen't care what rights you have as a consumer. STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered a bracelet and paid $79.50 I waited and waited but did not receive the bracelet! I wrote to customer service to ask for it, and they told me it was delivered - but no proof of delivery what so ever!! I have not received the bracelet!! Customer service has been a joke! They offered me that so could get s discount??? I COULD PAY TO GET A BRACELET I ALREADY PAID FOR?? Do not be fooled. It looks like it’s an American company, but it’s not. IT IS CHINESE!!! TOTALLY SCAM!!!
Now it’s October 24th and I have still not received my bracelet or money back! They try to drag it out so I give up!! Typical Chinese MO🤷🏻‍♀️(I work with Chinese companies) Yesterday they said they were worried that my address was the problem, so they did not want to send a replacement bracelet in case “it disappears again”. I gave them the address to work. Now suddenly they cannot mak an $0 order in the system. The lowest order the system can make is $ 30. They think I am an idiot!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - YOU EILL NOT HET THE GOODS unless you pay twice!!
