Rose bear is a huge scam don't go near this site. Didn't receive my order and didn't get a word back after sending many emails.
Never turned up and no reply to emails, avoid!
I placed an order for a Rosebear on 21st August and paid extra for next day delivery.
For whatever reason they decide to use Amazon for their logistics. The item was supposedly delivered on 22nd, picture proof shows the delivery driver with the package in their hand and nothing else.
We are now at 27th with no sign of my delivery. I have sent multiple emails and have not received a single response. Phone number is an incorrect number. Seems a very dodgy company.
I will now be contacting my bank to get back the money I have wasted on this company. Please avoid the company and do not give them your business.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this flower company, Rose Bear. I requested that my order be delivered to a specific address, and they assured me that it would be taken care of. However, they delivered the flowers to the wrong address entirely and on the wrong date. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact them to resolve the issue, they completely ignored my countless emails although they claim to get back to emails within the hour.
I also kindly requested that my heartfelt message, that u spent so much effort and time writing,would be included on a card and to my surprise there was no message or card included.
What makes this even worse is that these flowers were meant to be a special birthday surprise for a dear friend. Thanks to their incompetence, the surprise was completely ruined. It’s frustrating and disheartening that such a special occasion was spoiled because of their lack of attention to detail and poor communication. If they were accountable and communicated with me I could have just made other arrangements but the lack of communication made it so that it was too late for me to order from elsewhere, which is extremely irresponsible on their part.
If you’re looking for reliable service and customer care, I highly suggest looking elsewhere! I will not be using their services again and advise others to avoid them as well, unless you want to be disappointed and have a special day ruined for your loved one.

Not aware of manufacturing delays. A very sensitive artist. Don't express in anyway of your excitement to receive one of something ordered. It seems there's good reviews in the past however there are many negatives recently. I was left feeling confused about my cancelation or refund. Don't feed this artist!

Abysmal service ordered an eternity rose in glass dome for Valentine’s Day it arrived with the rose head detached from stem, have tried telephoning (rings out unanswered) and have emailed on numerous occasions, not once have they responded to arrange either replacement or refund. Do not waste your money as customer service is non existent.

I have chosen to leave the previous review here until it is deleted so that other people may see if they have made the same mistake I have. There are 2 websites, "rosebear.co.uk", and "rosebears.co.uk". "rosebear.co.uk" is the official website. I have no experience with this company, so I can not state how trustworthy they are, however I did receive responses from their customer service (albeit slightly condescending, although that is understandable as I was being ignorant to my mistake). Proceed with caution, but do not use "rosebears.co.uk".

Extremely poor (non-existent) customer service. I ordered a 40cm Large Chocolate Brown bear and I actually received a delivery the next day, however this wasn't what I ordered - it was a grey version of the bear. I thought "no problem, I'll just contact to get it sorted out". The website states it accepts returns within 30 days and responds to all enquiries within 24 hours - It has been 20 days and I have yet to hear a response, despite 4 emails and an attempt to call their disconnected phone line. I am currently raising a dispute with my bank to hopefully get the money back.
I do not recommend anyone to use this company.

There is no hope that this company is Legit.
Received Tracking number, No Present, no contact/reply from company, phone line dead.
They also seem to have an address in Carrickmines Retail Park which simply doesn’t exist.

Worst customer service ever. I paid for a guaranteed delivery at a school and emailed, called and left instructions to deliver before 3:30pm. The delivery attempt was at 5:45pm, which school is open at that time? Delivery came a day late and no refund for "guaranteed delivery". No responses on email, phone constantly engaged and royal mail delivery is a scam, they use Amazon to deliver with no guarantee. Dont pay extra for delivery!

unfortunately he put our address incorrectly, tried to contact this company by phone - number constantly engaged, emailed twice with no acknowledgement or response. So if this is out for delivery it won’t reach us as the road we live on doesn’t have the number he put in incorrectly!!!! Nevertheless, I did not receive the order.
I informed them on 3rd January 2024 that I did not get my order, they reported that they would send out a replacement, but they didn’t. Since then I have sent them several emails, requesting for a refund, however they ignore my queries.
