Lovely product, arrived next day as promised!

The company was very helpful they didn't have the colour I was looking for but gave me an several other options and it arrived in a beautiful box and well packaged thank you x

The worst online purchese experience I have ever had in my life. If you do not support return, dont say it on the website, dont deceive customers.

The note that I wrote wasn't even delivered. It was for a special occasion and unfortunately you have let me down.

I stil wait for my order to be deliverd its 12 days

Don't order or waste your money!! The company messaging me privately on what's app degrading my sister lives in Birmingham and no wonder the parcel got robbed fully harassing me claiming to of sent out another bear which wasn't even her front door company needs shutting down and who ever u are behind that screen needs a new income and a better job then going out your way to message on what's app

I have been trying to contact the company to obtain a returns label, as despite paying for next day delivery the item arrived too late. No response from them.

It's perfect

This is a lovely item and I’m sure it will delight my 90 year old aunt when I give it to her for her birthday on Saturday. Such a clever idea for people who cannot look after flowers themselves and as it doesn’t take up a lot of space it is perfect for her.

Beautiful thanks will hope to get another one for my Daughters Birthday thanks again.
