I’ve waited nearly two weeks and I’m still waiting for delivery. This was ordered for a sad reason for a funeral, which has now taken place. My experience has been such an unhappy experience. Will not be recommending your Company. To any of my Family and Friends, and I would like a refund !!

Placed an order 8th Feb on behalf of my 15 year old son, who had saved up to buy for his girlfriend for valentine's, ordered still hasnt arrived nothing coming up when checking on tracking either!
I have sent various emails no reply what soever!
Tried calling for 3 days continuously engaged, Facebook page leads to no where!
Disgusting customer service.
They have literally taken my sons money ans not delivered on the order!

It has been completely appalling the way they treat their customers, no customer service whatsoever and only one email sent saying it had been delivered when nothing had arrived. It was meant to be delivered as a valentines present and it never reached them. I would not recommend at all and would never purchase anything again. Lesson learned!!

Parcel due to be delivered today but hasn’t came, customer support was useless, sent multiple emails all ignored, rang them ignored also. Tried contacting by social media doesn’t exist even though there is a link to it on tbere website. Took my money and hasn’t delivered or even helped me one bit. Says my order is confirmed since Thursday and hasn’t contacted me since then, I’ve just been completly ignored by the company. Avoid them completly. Once I posted this review I got instantly a reply saying it takes 7 days to deliver to Ireland but on there front page of the website it says free delivery to Ireland 1-3 days, and that my order is cancelled with a refund. Do not buy from these there are so many other websites that are better

Absolutely gorgeous. It was perfect and my sister loved it. The packaging was beautifully done and there was no damage. Delivery was very quick and came just in time for the birthday surprise gift.

I would love to say the delivery was quick and I had no issues and it came in good condition apart from the box was cut off a bit but that's okay and I'm happy with my order. Thankyou
