It took a long time to get the item delivered due to a confusion with the local courier service. Customer service was super helpful and was constantly communicating with me to sort things out.
I am brown skinned and have very thick black facial hair and have tried clinical laser treatment before and thought I would give RoseSkinCo a go as they were one of few IPL devices on the market catering to darker skin tones. I have been using the product for over month and a half and beginning to see the results. I am shaving less frequently than before. Be careful not to press the device tightly to your skin as I ended up burning myself the second time I used it even though I was using it at a low intensity level. Lift the device up after each pulse. In short, follow the instructions. So far, very happy with the product. Good value for money.
My fiance placed an order from Roseskinco's website on 6 December 2023. Till today we still haven't received the product. Its been 3 months. How can we review a product that wasn't received. Im starting to think this website is a scam and you dont get your products after you pay. We are extremely disappointed.

I have been using the laser for 8 weeks (twice a week) now. To be honest I don't notice any difference which is pretty disappointing. I use it on my face and armpits. you have to shave the area before using the device. Due to shaving i now have more dark hair growth on my face than ever before, this is the last thing i was waiting for. I will still use it 2 times a week, hoping it will eventually pay off. So far not worth its money and time. The lotion and gloves are good.

Unfortunately, I'm not too thrilled with this product, and I really hoped it would work out for me. I've been using my Lumi regularly since September, but I haven't seen any reduction in hair growth at all. Although I do appreciate the easy-to-use handset and the helpful customer support, I can only give it two stars because it just hasn't delivered the results I was hoping for.
It's disappointing that it hasn't worked for me, not even on my very thin facial hair. I even went beyond the recommended usage period for areas like the bikini line, but after more than five months with no improvement, it's clear it's not working for me.
I've tried to stick with it, hoping things would change, but now it's just another annoying step in my hair removal routine. Having to shave sometimes twice a week alongside using Lumi has made the whole process even more unpleasant.
I'd really like to figure out what the issue is. I'm following the instructions properly, and my hair and skin tone are within the average range for the product. I mainly use it on level 6 for most areas.

Amazing customer service from the team who supported me with any enquires.
Been using it for 3 years and not seen hair reduction results. I have pale skin and jet black hair so I’d be the ideal candidate. It’s stained my skin on my top lip white but hair still grows. My legs last a bit longer, maybe 3 days until I need to shave again. Absolute waste of money. Also a year in it started flashing at random and I contacted the company for help explaining I was concerned and were my eyes safe, and they didn’t respond. So yeah it’s a bit of a con in my opinion but maybe try the Braun one. I’ve been told if I don’t add an order number etc my review will be deleted in 3 days - order id 224242

UPDATE: well I received an email after they did their investigation. They are advised to me was to call USPS. Amazing customer service! Top-tier. So if you’re planning on ordering from this company and you don’t receive your product for close to two months now expect this kind of “customer service.” I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated this company has zero customer service.
Honestly the customer service for this company is absolutely horrific. My boyfriend ordered one for me on December 11 have yet to receive it and they refused to help us and even stopped responding to our emails. One rep even emailed my boyfriend and said “well I’m sure it will be worth the wait” since he argued that this was supposed to be my Christmas gift. Extremely disappointed that they will not help us out since our package is clearly lost and has been at the same location for over a month. Don’t know how these people do business but now we’re in the process of trying to contact Afterpay so they are aware that we never received the item even though we’re still making payments on it. Look elsewhere! This is not it

There was a delay in receiving my package ( which is mostly due to my country's postal issues). I also assumed that the package would be delivered to my address but it was delivered to the Post Office and had to be collected. The team were receptive to information about more efficient courier services in my country. The team were helpful in tracking and resolving my issue , assuring me that I would receive the package. I find the response on Instagram is faster than their email support but I am very grateful for their follow up and feedback.
Amazing support team! I had some delivery issues, at first there were no delivery details (just received the message “delivery was failed). I contacted the support team from roseskinco.com. They replied very fast, reached out the logistics and in a few minutes the logistic company contacted me and the problem was solved. Thank you very much for your fast help!

This is the first time I’ve shopped with them and I do have plans to upgrade my hair removal product if all goes well.
I was tell them ,some issues and they solve it very quickly. They Are very friendly.
I have tried for 5 months patiently but It didn’t work at all, I just want my money back.My previous product Glamourmagazine.co.uk work really well for 2.5 years, so I know which one really remove the hair. The reason Why I bought RoseskinCo is because my previous Glamourmagazine hair remover was broken after 2.5 years .“
RoseskinCo guarantee is only 3 months ( I feel like this is scam because the rest of the machine guarantee is at least 1 year )
When I used Glamourmagazine the rest of the hair was dead except private part . But when I continued using for a week the hair could stop growing for a month with Glamourmagazine .
For RoseskinCo even I continued using for 5 months and as soon as I stop using it the hair grow straight away ( I shape and use RoseskinCo for 5 months and it didn’t work )
I am on a holidays and I couldn’t bring it with me , the hair keep growing and it killing me . They send me the form to took video why the machine is broken ( after 3 months the machine didn’t work well anymore , I have to wait 3 minutes with power on and then I am able to use it . 3 minutes to.be able to use ! For the first month no waiting time , I was able to use it straight away . I am on a holidays for 3 months so I couldn’t send a vedio to them as they request yet but the hair is killing me and I am very frustrating

I actually felt very positive about the customer service at least momentarily.... Used the lumi and unfortunately unnoticeable results (very pale with dark hair so should be the ideal candidate) tried underarms, legs and bikini. Put in for a refund and they gave me an extension to continue trying it out.. great I thought. Then when you try to return it the site says you can't fill in the form a second time. So I use the contact us option.. then they send you a link to fill in the return form you can't fill in a second time so I am stuck in a loop and won't be able to return in the return window.

This company has horrible customer service. I ordered a device 12/4. The package was delivered on 12/14, but was stolen off of my porch before I arrived home. I emailed customer service about this issue the same day, 12/14. After much back and forth, this item (that was purchased for Christmas) will not be a gift, and because my money has not been refunded, I’m also out the money I’ve paid. I was told leg work with USPS is required by me, the customer, instead of the company, the sender. I have never experienced an issue like this and will not be doing business with this company in the future. Unfortunately, I’ve had to contact my credit card company to resolve this issue.

The Lumi is very easy to use and you can see the results in a few weeks. I really like being able to do it in my house whenever I want following my schedule.
After finishing the 12 weeks treatment one of my Lumi’s buttons stopped working and they’ve sent me a new one.
