The answer was really fast and very kind :)
(With the Lumi device) I didn't get results within the "normal" estimated time on the website. So I quickly doubled it, from 1x a week to 2x a week, given that none of the advertised effects were there (no slight burning, no skin sensitivity, etc). When I contacted them I was told to keep doing it because the results they show, while average, can take longer. Note that I'm extra pale, and my hair is very dark, the contrast is there and I've only been using it at maximum potency (6/6 bars). I've been going over difficult spots 2-3 times during each treatment, and that for several months. But when I contacted them to say: "Hey, you told me to keep going past the 90-day free return period, but this looks like it's actually broken cause it's not working at all", then suddenly their 1 year warranty for broken devices didn't apply.
I've tried to contact customer support and technical support (because I think it's not actually functioning properly) and every time I get turned around. The last email I received from them, they told me:
"Unfortunately it looks like you just don't work with this technology, and that's what the (now way past) 90-day free return was for. You're welcome to keep trying though." I'm almost at the 1-year end of warranty period and reached a wall with them. It's been about 2 months of back and forth and waiting for their replies, which can often take over 5 business days mind you.
I find this overall infuriating because I wasn't encouraged to get a refund, I was encouraged to keep trying, and now they refuse to even look into the device they sent me. (I can tell for sure the strength isn't there because I'm very sensitive and I never feel anything from this.) But the most laughable claim, is that I've actually done IPL from home about 16 years ago with another device, and it worked. That device died of age since, and I wanted to get one I could travel with to Europe where my partner lives. So telling me that I'm somehow not compatible with IPL isn't even possible.
Thanks for stealing 200+$, that was my Christmas gift from my boyfriend last year, and all I got was a waste of my time.

The hair removal handset is very good,I have seen satisfying results specially in legs and arms.
Also the customer service team is very helpful, I had a problem in my handset after two months of use and they sent me another one.
Roseskinco are excellent very knowledgeable regarding their products I purchased an Ipl machine and the staff were only to happy to give me additional advice regarding the product. After an unfortunate experience with the product which I have tried to communicate to RoseSkin, I am further displeased with the lack of customer service I have received, contrary to many other reviews on here. It might be a mistake or bad luck but I have tried to contact them on 3 different occasions over the past month and have had no response other than a automated email saying they would get back to me in 48hr. 29 days and 3 emails later, I am posting this review in hopes to get a response from the customer service team.
I understand that the product does not suit everyone, and despite an unpleasant experience that is not what my review is based on. I purchased this product from RoseSkin due to their outstanding reviews on customer service and this is where I have been most let down. I hope to hear a response from them soon.

Great customer service! They checked in that I'd received my order with no worries and Sheena was so fast to answer my question about my device! Super friendly!
After using my Lumi for a few months (which is brilliant and super easy by the way!) I started having an issue with the button on my device. I emailed customer service asking if there was anything I could do and they responded really quickly. I sent in a short video of my device not working correctly, and within a few days they had identified there was a manufacturing issue with it and had posted me out a new one. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful, it made it such an easy experience. I’ve now received my new Lumi and can’t wait to carry on with my hair removal journey!
The product didn’t necessarily work with my hair type, but I was blown away with the customer service. Definitely would recommend doing business with them because of how well they take care of their customers.
Product is great in theory but not ideal for coarser body hair.
The device did reduce the rate of hair growth for me after about 5 weeks but body hair still returned. I experienced scarring as well.

I had an issue with my device and I decided to contact the support team. This guys were absolutely amazing. I sent a video with my problem and they gave me a new one without hesitation. There were involved with the whole delivery process and they also asked me about the new one. I've never seen such a great team of people. I would recommend this brand to anybody interested in self hair removal treatment. It is starting to show good results both in me and my boyfriend. And if something goes wrong, you know there's such a wonderful team ready to help you out.
I purchased from Rose Skin Co. in June, the products arrived as described and were fantastic quality. Unfortunately the main product did not reach my expectations or needs but that was due to my tone of hair and skin, no fault of the product. Just not a good match for me. Communication with the customer care team was an absolute breeze, they were clear and caring in all aspects, with prompt replies. I can say without a doubt that this was the absolute best company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. The refund process was fast and easy. Super helpful and friendly staff who stayed in contact with me once my order was processed. Shipping was relatively quick considering I'm in South Africa. As for the Lumi, I love it!
