On most of my Ulimate range repalcement sash windows the top bar of the bottom sash unit was out of alignment and so the thin bit of top trim had a gap at the right hand end and was not stuck down properly, or in one case it was the opposite and so it jutted up unstuck. You can't actually see this thin bit of trim in the brochure photos, which is annoying as well because it looks cheap. I provided pictures and instead of just sending someone to fix them straightaway Roseview came out with nonsence excuses and were even rude. They eventually sent someone out who fixed them okay but I will never use them again.

Firstly and importantly I live in a conservation area and my sash windows fit the bill to a T. My neighbours can’t believe they aren’t wood windows.
Installed in 2023 I chose the ‘chalk’ white, which was a mistake as the texture makes them difficult to clean.
The efficiency of these windows is below what I expected. There are draught spots at the sides which can make my curtains flap and the rooms are cold. I had an energy efficiency test on my house and the windows scored badly. I have had 4+Roseview engineers to look at various issues, but the windows are no where near the performance standard I expected. In addition, the pvc frames conduct the cold and they are often dripping with condensation - unsightly and attracts mould spores, which goes back to a problem with cleaning a textured surface., particularly on the mid ledge of each which for some reason attracts a lot of mould/dust (I guess from them being so draughty). Maybe they work in other Victorian properties better, but I wouldn’t recommend, given my experience.

Roseview windows customer care is excellent. Catriona quickly and efficiently sorted out a minor problem we had with one of our Globe hook locks. Communication was excellent and Catriona sorted the issue resolved immediately with no fuss. Thankyou and I have no hesitation in recommending Roseview windows.

Amazing Company. We have used Roseview for many years without any issues. We had a small issue in a recent job which we felt was a manufacturing fault. They went to site cured the issue and sent photos and video of the issue and the cure, It was not a manufacturing problem at all. A fixing screw had come loose, their engineer tightened it and never made a fuss. What excellent service. We have also learnt something today after 41 years of being in business. Great company. Great service..

My Roseview windows were installed fifteen years ago and are still like new. Their sash window design gives our property a traditional feel whilst retaining all the insulating, noise blocking and low maintenance benefits of a plastic double glazed window. The mechanism is also really handy for opening the windows to clean the outside from inside. I recently got back in touch with Roseview as I'd lost my window keys. They were most helpful in matching up my original windows and producing some spare keys.

We have been dealing with Roseview for many years and have always found them knowledgeable, helpful and have a great range of products.

Catriona from the customer support team has been incredibly helpful in assisting me with sourcing clip-on sash window horns to fix a problem created by a different supplier, when many other window company’s could offer no help or directions at all.

After looking at a few different UPVC sash windows we went for the Ultimate Rose from Roseview and we're so glad we did! The windows look amazing – you honestly can't tell they're not timber. we have been use Roseview for several years now and have not had any issues but we had a client complaining of a rattle when it was windy.
there was nothing wrong with the windows but rose view sent out 2 engineers to see what could be done and between them they they sorted it and our client was impressed with the service that we and Roseview provided they went over and above to keep a very fussy client happy well done all at Roseview.

I purchased my sash windows way back in 2011 and every time I have asked for anything including advice they have gone out of their way to help even after the guarantee has long passed.
It’s so refreshing these days to deal with people that value their customers.

Don’t buy if you live high up or face north! We got new windows because our old ones were draughty, Now new windows from rose view I have have more of a draughty than the wooden ones I had in the first place. So I had old draughty windows and now I have new draughty windows that cost me £35K. 20 years experience of double glazing, these are by far the worst windows I’ve ever seen, better off with wooden ones. Scarborough council would only let me use rose view windows, jobs for the boys. Bought 23 windows for grade ll building, look nice enough but when the wind outside is 25mph is enough to blow out a gas lighter inside the window. Rose view have come round twice & can’t fix whatever the problem is. Now saying that’s how they are draughty! Didn’t tell me that before I paid £35,000 them. Your windows are not fit for purpose & will not pass building regulations. You did come back but didn’t make any improvements. The rooms are left cold. I don’t expect the windows to be air tight. That is what I would expect from a blow up mattress or a bike tyre. But I do expect a modern, double glazed window to be draught proof. I sent you video of flame being blown about & photos of ill fitting draught excluders that have been cut up to 20mm too short. Your employees failed to notice this on both occasions. I don’t think outside wind speed of 25mph is stormy conditions, I would say it’s 50mph & over. In the video I sent you 25mph outside is enough to blow out a cigarette lighter. I have contacted fenca & they say to meet building regulations, a double glazed window should be draught proof and if they are not, they are not meeting building regulations. There is gaps up to 20mm in wool pile. You are more than welcome to send them back so I can show them. If you can’t send them back, I have requested 30m of wool pile so I or the company that fitted the windows will cut the wool piles to the right length and replace the short ones.
