Very informative chat about changing my life insurance policy and saving me money. Simon also went through how to get the money out of trust should anything happen and how to make the process smoother.

I cannot thank Lucy Allen enough for her help and assistance. I found her to be totally professional and she always made telephone and email contact when promised. On one occasion when our appointment could not be kept Lucy explained reasons and made herself available whenever I was free. Very happy indeed and can honestly say that I have had great customer service which, nowadays, is very hard to find. Would thoroughly recommend - thank you 🙂
