I ordered and received a bikini from this company (which wasn't cheap) which was too small (their sizing is way off) so followed instructions to the letter to receive a returns note.
However I have now had 5 generic emails all the same, asking for the same information. Have tried replying to all of these but just keep getting the same generic one back.
Getting very fed up with this - will never buy anything from this company again!!!! If I could give it no stars I would! Everything ships from China but they say they are an english company!!!

So the dress took quite a while to arrive. The dress was good quality. It was too big so I requested a return. I was given a refund instead. This means I can buy a medium .

Ive tried numerous times to get in touch and all im getting is the same automated response and telling me to put the order number and photos of the bikinis. Im returning 7 as they dont fit so can't afford to lose the money. Its ridiculous

Communication with this company is appalling ordered on 07/05 delivered on 17/05. Immediately requested return and refund as wrong item. Advised to submit photos all done immediately. However nothing since even though four separate emails sent requesting the Return Label. Still waiting!!!!! You need to get back to me immediately.

Placed an order 3 days ago and realized the same day I’d made a mistake in the size so I messaged them straight away, no reply I’ve messaged 3 times from different emails I found, including one here and still nothing. So I assume the wrong size will be sent, I’ll have to try to return, as I’ve read on this forum could be difficult, then reorder if not out of stock. Such a waste of time due to poor customer service. I’ve put 3 star as I’ve ordered before with no issues.

I’ve only given a 2* is down to the delivery. I still haven’t received my items - 3 weeks later. The “tracker system” was no help as it couldn’t find my order. I have received an e mail today from Evri saying they will advise me within 48 hours when I can expect delivery!
So, don’t think I’ll be ordering from this company again.

Hi I recently bought a bikini the product was lovely, nice quality, fabric was lovely and the colours were great.
Unfortunately it wasn't a good fit for me the product was true to size I would say but unfortunately for me it was a top that had to go over the head and with limited mobility I couldn't manage, a different fastening and it would have been perfect. Customer service was very good after my contact with them.i would definitely shop there again,

Awful company. Good recieved and cheap material and very small sizes. Wanted a return and emailed as stated on website. Continually getting same generic email back saying to email them for return. 3 emails sent and same email review. Saw replies on Trustpilot from company to others experiencing same issue and emailed gmail account a team member had provided to others. Heard nothing. Do not buy from this company.

Poor as it’s been over 3 weeks since I place my order & have not received it so no longer need the item so when it does arrive will need to arrange a return for refund only filling this in as got a email asking how my item is BUT DO NIT HAVE IT YET

Trying to request return/refund has been impossible. To request a return/refund you have to email customer service. You then receive an automated email with options, which explains clearly what you need to do to and I provided as much information they asked for. However, up to that point, I keep receiving the same automated email from the first time I reached out each time I reply. I’ve tried 3 times and I’ve got nowhere so I’ll have to take the loss but I definitely won’t be using them again. I can see from other reviews that many customers have had the same issue with the return process and I wish I’d checked Trustpilot first.
