Worst company i ever seen in my life i…

Worst company i ever seen in my life i have order 15 of april and îs arrived today 20th of may.
Material is 100% poliester and size for sure is not the one i have looked for, they says is London baze but is coming from China, avoid avoid please.

Delighted

I bought this dress hoping it would be as good as it looked online and I am delighted! I ordered the blue and it is lovely. The material is 100% cotton & very breathable. The fit is perfect, I am a UK 16 to 18 and ordered XL. I’m going to order another one in a different colour. It arrived very quickly too and was well packaged so a great experience overall.

Nice dresses………

Return/ refund experience

Dress was knee length which was too short for me as a plus sized woman, it would have been perfect if it was a little longer. I contacted them to explain and arrange a return and was told I would have to return it to china which is costly, so they would give me a 60% refund instead, with no need to return. This was acceptable for me, in fact I was quite pleased as I wasn't sure having never bought from this company before. The staff who spoke to me was polite and helpful.

When will I learn to look at Trustpilot…

When will I learn to look at Trustpilot before ordering goods from Facebook adverts?
The pretty top I had seen many times and resisted buying "called" to me one last time and I fell for it, as it looked delightful and I thought it would suit me perfectly. I waited some time for delivery, quite excited by the prospect of a new addition to my wardrobe.
What came in the post yesterday was something not even worthy of being a duster. The fabric is poor, thin to the point of transparency and doesn't look remotely like the top in the advert. You could say a steam roller had driven over it. Colours weren't the same either.
A total waste of money.
After reading the reviews I decided it would not be worth the hassle and stress of applying for a refund as it seems you have to jump through hoops to get one, so I will put it down to experience and just ignore anything from the website in future.
Ladies I advise you to do the same and walk on by.

This company ignores me when I contact them

I have contacted this company numerous times to arrange a return and refund for an item that is too big. I am still waiting for them to send a return label. I am about to contact my bank to try to arrange a chargeback as I can see no other way of getting my money back. I do not recommend ordering from this company. Very poor customer service.

Ordering was actually fine but trying to return an item seems impossible! You provide all the order details but simply receive an automated reply asking you to provide the order details? Just go around in circles. I still have the item because they do not provide details of their returns procedure. A very frustrated customer and will not be using them again.

Impossible to return items

I bought an item of clothing that was size medium which I expected to be okay as I am a size 10 but it was much too small. The website says you can return items by emailing for returns authorisation. However when you email the address all you get is a standard reply asking for more information. You reply and you get the same standard reply. I have tried this 3 times and I get no reply.
So I would say to avoid this website - I will certainly never use it again. I have paid for clothing I cannot use and cannot return.
