Wrong color! Touchups stand out against intended colour, bike is new so no fading of original colour. Waste of money! Way better buying a white touchup pen.

Super quick delivery. Much quicker than promised. Read the reviews before I purchased and noticed a number of people saying the match is not exact. I can say this is fair. However, in my case, it... See more

I ordered paint for my red Specialized…

I ordered paint for my red Specialized VADO. It is the same color, but it is flat red, not metallic red like the bike. Since this is the company that is recommended by Specialized, and there are no other red colors available for the VADO, either Specialized or Rotaris is not paying attention.

Non-existent colour match

As per the website I ordered Storm Grey to touch-up a small scratch on my 2019 Specialized Levo. No match whatsoever. Very disappointed and I followed the instructions to the letter!

Shipment came thru as represented

Everything was as represented good customer service response to requests. The only con is minor. It takes some time to get to US plan on at least 2 weeks and the photos of the paint colors appear slightly darker than it was as I expected. But not sure how the paint might darken over drying time. But again these are not really anything any paint supplier can avoid or predict, and so is just an fyi.
