I ordered the safe on 31 October and…
I ordered the safe on 31 October and was told delivery would be 6-7 working days later. That date would have been 11-12 November, however, as at 16 November, there is no sign of any safe!

the key cabinet is fine but why a Rottner logo on the door?
The key cabinet is fine except on the front of the door is a Rottner Security Logo and strap line - we don't need this and neither was a logo shown on the product when we were buying online. A bit underhand.

The lock was without instructions
The lock was without instructions, when we attempted to fit the lock the lock collapsed in pieces which meant it was impossible to put back together.
As such VERY UNSATISFIED.

Good morning,
We have received your email. We will send out a new lock today. Next day delivery.
The fitting of the lock ass follows. If the door cannot be opened you need to use a drill and drill the old lock. After removing the old damaged lock replace it with the new one.
Unscrew the bolt that holds together the new lock gently, so the inner lock doesn't fall out. Remove the scre, washer and the rest of the bits. Place the key lock facing outside then add the bits and washer and tighten the screw.
We hope that you will succeed in replacing the faulty lock.

Nil Customer Service Response - Laptop safe ordered an arrived a day later than advertised. When safe unboxed the keys did not fir the lock to open the door Called Rottner twice and left a message, nil reply. Facebook message sent and even showing as seen by them, but still absolutely nil response. Would not recommend these guys for anyone looking to purchase as they don't respond to problems. *Update 20/08/2019* Response below is not accurate - you did not respond as you state. The item went back to you and you then failed to send the promised replacement, when that became evident (through having to chase you) we cancelled the order. Refund as well had to be chased. Hopeless, utterly hopeless. Nice new safe arrived from other supplier, with the right keys, when promised - so Rottner it CAN be done!!!
