Honest, fairly priced and great quality

We've purchased sapphires from Rough Cut Ceylon and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we got in touch, it was clear this is a team that genuinely cares about their customers — knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy.

The variety of sapphires on offer is impressive, with stones to suit different tastes and budgets, and the quality is exactly as described. For us, the real standout was the value — you can tell you're getting fairly priced, genuine Ceylon sapphires without the inflated markups you find elsewhere.

I have had great experiences

Philip is very customer focused and gave me a wonderful time. I went to visit him twice and each visit he made me comfortable, gave me time and didn't push at all to make a purchase. I would definetly recommend anyone interested to contact him.
