I was very impressed by the service I received from Roundabout Travel. Our consultant Michelle A was extremely helpful and very patient. We were cancelling and changing our flights due to the current situation in the Middle East. Her knowledge of flight routes and airlines enabled us to make a decision that we were happy with. I would definitely book with them again in the future.

Lee is always reliable, knowledgeable, personable. We always use roundabout. Once we had a problem overseas and Lee got us out of a pickle. Great company and it’s Australian.

These guys are great - between my partner and I we had lots of requests, places we didn't want to go, countries and dates etc. Becky gave us multiple options, she was always quick to respond, easy to reach and I am so excited for the trip she planned for us!

I was looking for a travel agent that would look outside the box and tailor an experience unique to our desires. Alex worked with us over several phone calls and emails back and forth and it didn't take long to find an intinerary that worked for us at a reasonable price.

Hannah was professional but still human, we made a couple of changes she came back to us twice, immediately before doing final tickets.
Which we gladly accepted.

This is the second time we have used RoundAbout Travel for our round the world booking and Hanna Longbottom was the agent in both bookings. The prompt and efficient service provided by Hannah has made this exercise very easy. From the initial inquiry the final booking the service has been prompt and any questions were answered immediately. We have recommended to many of our friends who travel frequently about the services and also the pricing has been far less compared to other agents. Same product, same airlines but far less $$$$'s.

Jodie was so easy to work with and nothing was too hard. We made a number of late changes and it was all done, hassle free and to what we wanted for our holiday
