I have been dealing with Round About Travel for a few years now and am more than happy with the deals on Business Class trips around the world I have been able to secure. I highly recommend them for good deals on RTW trips and for great & efficient as well as personalized service.

Recently used Roundabout Travel to book a round the world Business Class fares for my wife and myself. Alex Marks was the travel agent and he was brilliant. Excellent price and his help was fantastic. Was very accommodating and had excellent advice on the best way to go. Will be using them for future travel and will be recommending colleagues to use them.

We were incredibly impressed with the service we received from Joe, a Team Leader, at RoundAbout Travel. Our initial tentative online enquiry soon led to a detailed round the world flight itinerary and final confirmation with etickets issued within 2/3 working days. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and we were totally wowed by his attention to detail which is essential for any complex travel booking. The One World ticket for a 70 day trip was very keenly priced including most seat allocations and luggage. Joe did all the work. We are now left to enjoy the trip. We can definitely recommend Round About Travel and will certainly use them again in future.

I think from the outset, Jim and I were on the same wavelength. I am a very seasoned traveler and he knew exactly what I needed. No flowery stuff but just delivered exactly to my requirements.

The response time of Lee to our queries and the professionalism/knowledge he provided. Also very easy to deal with. Oh, he also went the extra mile for us with a reply on a Sat morning as he knew we were getting together with our travelling mates that after noon. Could not recommend high Lee highly enough.

Late Review while cleaning out my computor. Trip was actually from 2 April to 19 July 2024. We were referred to Lee Bentley through a friend who highly recommended him and Roundabout Travel. We were not disappointed at all. Lee was very helpful and obviously 'knew his stuff'. After sending him some approximate dates Start, finish and a fixed event in Canada, Lee came straight back with a suggested plan, as well as a few modifications and a suggestion to go business class instead of cattle class. We were a bit skeptical at first, but he came back with the plan for business class, and before accepting it I went through the airlines for both business and economy and found that his pricing was exceptional, so we signed up. We were properly spoilt and will probably never go economy again for such long-haul flights. So well worth it and great value for money. The plan was so well set out that we didn't have any hic ups or any need to get in touch with Lee or Roundabout Travel once we set off. So, we cannot really comment on their after sales service, however if we did have to make contact, based on our pre travel experience, I'm absolutely positive that they would have sorted any enquiries quickly and effectively.

We were responded to promptly with our flights inquiry and the email communication was very helpful. We were able to finalise our itinerary over the phone and our travel consultant was super helpful. The prices were very competitive. More than happy with the service.

These guys are fabulous for round the world air bookings. The rules are complex, and they make it simple.

Firstly, I have dealt with Flat Beds and RTW Travel over many years, possibly a dozen, possibly more. This year I had organised a business class trip around the world including Europe, USA, Canada and Mexico. Unfortunately friends in Canada had to change their plans and thus the original trip had to be cancelled. This took place over an extended period of time to organise, accept various changes to then accept a total cancellation. The trip was finally resurrected, but to include only Germany. The work involved was complex and onerous. It was all handled by Hannah with courtesy, patience and a willingness to find a solution that would be satisfactory. She did indeed succeed.

Two weeks after my arrival back into Australia I have been able, again through the dedication of RTW and Hannah, to renew the original trip which is now set to proceed in a number of months time.

RTW and Flat Beds both have provided me with superlative service, proven experience, a wealth of knowledge, patience and friendly courtesy, a cocktail to thoroughly appreciate.

This team is the most professional travel agent I have ever used.
Michelle has now guided me on two round the world journeys. Faultless every time.

Alana and Tess was very helpful in organising the flight and cruise. They were very professional and make us feel like coming back to book our next holiday.
