I wasn't sure how I had subscribed to this platform, yet money was deducted from my account. After engaging with customer support, they said very promptly that they would sort it out and refund me if I left a positive review. That was the third review I had done for the company. The response is quick, but I will be happy when money stops being deducted and I am stopped being asked for positive reviews
