ROUTENOTE REFUSES TO DELETE MY MUSIC - TICKET #12551630
RouteNote is holding my intellectual property hostage and refusing to process my deletion requests. I have sent multiple formal notices, including my latest ticket #12551630, but they continue to distribute my content without authorization.
I demand the IMMEDIATE deletion of these 7 UPCs:
5063925136846, 5063925414456, 5063925766845, 5063710550024, 5063859010649, 5063941165950, 5063941935423.
Stop stealing my property! I will not stop until every single track is removed from all stores and your platform.
The replica below is a lie. There are no answers, only robotic messages, and the tickets last for a year. They don't remove songs they locked my account with personal information I can't delete them. I deleted the audio except for the skeleton, instead of removing it they send you the same templates. Wrote 12 emails. Criminals. They inserted 30 seconds of silence into the skeleton. Reported to the Prosecutor's Office. Replies are written by robots.

Thanks RouteNote for supporting and good service

They actually solve my problem, make it easy providing with the instructions and everything. I gotta say I don't actually use support, but when I do I hope to have the smoothest experience ever safe to say this is the case.

Terrible customer service. I've emailed them and used the contact form about 4-5 times. No one answers. I've had a disc under review for a month now, and I haven't heard anything from them or received any response regarding canceling the release. Absolutely the worst.

Routenote instructions on how to follow alone to understand the process are flawless.

SCAM ALERT! They have been holding my music for 3 months! Every time I message them, I get a robotic reply. Now, after 90 days, they are telling me they won't release it for free and demanding $9 per song. Worst part? They won't even let me delete my songs to move elsewhere. This is pure blackmail and hostage-taking. Stay away from RouteNote!

Always been responsive in my queries and human errors. Nice people to talk to, other than that they really are a good companion for a start up artist like me they don't manipulate and rob you your money as per say my experience.

These guys are usually really nice, and they seem trustworthy, but the thing is is that I've had a release I've been trying to get reviewed for almost a month now. I've tried to follow up with an email, and I get hit with their automated response. Support takes forever, and I'm trying to get this release confirmed because it's my Graduation album so it's time-sensitive. I don't even know if I'm gonna be able to release it on Graduation day as I've already told people it would be.
I'm almost ready just to stop distributing through them because of this, but it's the only actually good free plan out there. The only thing stopping this from becoming a 1 star review is that once you do get a response, they're nice, and they do their jobs well, you just cannot expect it soon.

Love it but the support neeed to improve

The upload process is easy and straightforward, and the system itself is clear and user friendly. For independent artists, it’s a solid way to distribute music without too much hassle. There are some small bugs on the website from time to time, but nothing that completely breaks the experience.
What really needs improvement, though, is the support.
The waiting times are honestly frustrating. If you need help with anything, whether it’s a simple question or something more specific like deleting a song, you can end up waiting three to four weeks for a response. That’s just too long. In today’s music industry, things move fast, and artists need timely support.
I’m saying this as someone who has been a loyal customer for a long time. I genuinely like the platform and want it to succeed, but the customer service experience really needs to be taken more seriously. If RouteNote improves their response times and communication, the service would be close to excellent.

A company whose employees cannot distinguish real music from music created by artificial intelligence is a company that has clearly lost its way. Especially when an artist provides documented proof showing that they are in the right, yet you still close their account without valid reason just to avoid admitting a mistake — that reflects incompetence.
When staff are supported no matter what, simply to avoid losing face in front of a customer, it suggests poor management and weak leadership. It is unfortunate to see a company operate this way.
Your rating on Trustpilot clearly shows that many people feel they have been treated unfairly, given the large number of negative reviews.

I've been using RouteNote for awhile, and I can sincerely say that it is the WORST service I've ever used; but without any other free services I'm stuck with it. The moderation team takes forever to approve releases, doesn't respond to support tickets and takes a huge 20% of artist royalties. If you can avoid using RouteNote, please do so.
Edit: How can your moderation team reply to a negative review faster than my album

I think they're really doing their Best to keep artists updated,my experience has been good so far😊

Couldn’t get into my account because the band broke up and we didn’t have access to our email addresses anymore. Sent an email and after a period of waiting, the amazing Alana helped us get access to our account quickly and with a very friendly tone. I’m almost tempted to fork it up again so I can get some more of that lovely service!

For some of our urgent issues and requests, the Routenote team was slow to address them. We desperately needed a quick response to our requests. Furthermore, some of the reporting features were extremely unfriendly. They were too wordy and didn't get to the point.

The worst distributor which I ever have worked with. They have suspended my release - what takes back an opportunity of submitting my track to Spotify editorials from me. They want a proof of my rights to publish my music despite I have released tracks with them in the past. To get any response from them takes ages. I think they have probably the longest releasing time on the market (like a month). My advice? Avoid if you can. PS. Ah, and obviously there's no a quick way to delete your music from Routenote even if it's not on Spotify yet.

I uploaded three tracks for release, scheduled three weeks in advance. However, six weeks later, both tracks are still marked as “in review.” I’m unable to cancel them, and they appear to be stuck in the system.
Such a long review time doesn’t seem reasonable. This makes the platform appear unreliable, or possibly even suspicious. I will be looking for an alternative service.

They responded, showed interest, and ultimately, thanks to them, I succeeded.

Great only on the Paid plan, very fast response on the premium plan
