We're based in Newcastle Upon Tyne where we dispatch your orders from. We're all about providing you with the best quality, luxurious homeware available, that's why our team of interior designers and buyers hand pick all of our items.

Gold butterfly wall ornaments
Bought the pip gold butterfly wall ornaments in both sizes, beautiful but they were a bit to yellow for me but I sprayed them with rust oleum metallic spray paint i got from amazon (in white gold) the small ones one coat but the large needed two coats. Very very happy , eye catching and lots of compliments 😊

Money taken for item they didn’t have in stock.
Email received informing of my latest purchase from Rowen Homes order being cancelled without any information as to the reason for cancellation. After ringing the Rowen Homes customer experience department, I was informed they simply didn’t have the product in stock. I will definitely think twice before buying anything from Rowen Homes in the future.

First time using Roman Homes website
First time using Roman Homes website, so many beautiful items but I decided on Aquaria Heavenly Feather wall art, delivery was prompt and communication re delivery was excellent, when I unpacked my package there was damage to the frame, I called and spoke to a lovely lady ,advised to send in pictures of damage, I emailed customer service asking for update ,I received a lovely email from Rosie who had already arranged a replacement and my replacement has been delivered today, all dealt with and replacement within a week, excellent customer service, I will definitely buy from Rowan Homes again

Great website and fabulous range. Easy to navigate and order process very straightforward. Lovely quality goods. Only negative which wasn’t a fault at your end - your preferred delivery service were somewhat neglectful, didn’t follow instructions and left my parcel in the rain (on top of the secure parcel box).
