Good Afternoon Paul.
Your order was made on the 7th of February, to which my colleague replied to you explaining that the part was out of stock and would be approx 3-5 days. You sent an email on the 10th again my colleague replied to you on the 11th explaining the situation with Pneumax, and that this would be 10-14 days as they do not have all the components in stock to manufacture the valve, my colleague then proceeded to ask how you would like to proceed to which he never got a reply. We apologise if this email has not reached you. My colleague is chasing Pneumax constantly to get updates for you.
Again we apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you would like to cancel the order please let me know.
