I've used Royal Cleaning as a tenant for end of tenancy cleaning twice now and have been really impressed by the price and level of service on both occasions. Each time, the team have turned up on time and carried out the cleaning exactly as described in the checklist. Would happily recommend them.

The technicians who cleaned my apartment did such an amazing job. The flat was literally spotless when I got back. The oven looked brand new. The whole process of booking the service was seamless and the customer service was great. On the day of the cleaning, I was alerted to the fact that the team would be 30 minutes and they arrived within the stipulated time. I can not recommend them enough.

I had my oven cleaned for the first in quite a few years, so it was very mucky.
Two friendly ladies worked miracles and it looks almost as good as new.
Would recommend and, in fact, have already done so.

I returned to this company having had a very satisfactory cooker clean previously. This time not only did they do a good job on the cooker but a great job on a cream sofa, which had become quite grubby. The appointment was swift to arrange and the operatives courteous and got on with the job with great efficiency. I'll certainly use this company again and recommend them to others.

Carpets looked lovely after although they tried really hard to get a stubborn stain out it still looked lovely definitely will be using again in a few months

Excellent from start to finish! Called me super quickly after submitting a request and walked me through what would be cleaned and prices. Great price compared to other companies! Cleaning was done quickly and throughly and the lady was lovely. We had an end of tenancy clean and we have gotten our full deposit back so very happy 😊

Really nice and efficient cleaning my sofa and rug. I was on a meeting so they just cracked on and we’re lovely to my dog.

1. Did not provide a specific time for their team to arrive but gave a rough range of 9 - 10 am. I stepped out to perform a moving errand at 9.30 and when I arrived at 9.45, I was lied to that the cleaners came waiting for "30-40 mins" and left.

2. They then arranged a cleaning for the next day and didn't show up again, this time blaming it on train delays.

I was left with no choice but to book a more reliable and expensive emergency cleaning service on the very last day of my tenancy to get my deposit back.

The enthusiasm they showed in repeatedly asking me for advance payment ("It's our policy to be paid in advance") was not reflected in doing the actual work they wanted to be paid for. I guess they forgot to add "being professional" to their "policy". I am so glad I negotiated to pay them on arrival and saved myself lost cash.

I found Royal Cleaning to be unprofessional, unreliable and not in control of their ground team.

Hi I had my oven hob and extractor cleaned. Very pleased the people were polite and cleaned up after. My oven looks nearly brand new, it sparkles.

I have used Royal Cleaning for multiple cleans recently and they have been great. Far better than the previous larger companies we used.

Great service, checkout inventory says 'The property was noted as cleaner at check out than check in'.
