Booked for an after builders clean after some renovations. Took a bit of back and forth to get booked in for the right thing, first they booked it for the wrong time, then for an EOT clean not an After Builders; but overall they were very responsive and helpful.
Originally booked for a 2pm start, but they called morning of and asked to come earlier at half 12. They then turned up at 11! Which wasn’t the end of the world for me as I was in but could be problematic for some people.
The ladies themselves worked very hard and cleaned everything thoroughly and I don’t have a bad word to say about them or their work.

Amazing service. The team were lovely people, and the clean was incredible efficient and reasonably priced. 10/10 would use again.

We used Royal Cleaning for a Between Tenancy Clean and were extremely disappointed with the service we received. The cleaners left the flat with dusty shutters, a dirty toilet and towel rail and an unclean kitchen floor. The clean was rejected by our letting agent and our new tenant’s representative, and we were forced to get the flat re-cleaned at very short notice. Royal Cleaning offered us a re-clean under their Terms & Conditions, but we could not risk another sub-standard clean with our new tenant imminent. Very unprofessional and poor service. Do not recommend.

Excellent cleaning service, we had our oven and dishwasher spring cleaned and the results were fantastic. We will definitely use them again.

This is the second time we have used Royal Cleaning and they certainly lived up to their standards. Our oven looks like new. We will be using them again!

I was able to book a rug, sofa and arm chair clean quickly and efficiently. The gentleman who came was on time, clearly knowledgable and executed the tasks quickly.

The service was professional quick and clean.
For the price I got I don’t think I would have gotten anything for cheaper.
Most rates I got were at least double …

One problem I had with them is that they might be busy and hence planning the time is hard and they might reschedule. So my recommendation is to schedule well ahead of moving out date.

Oven cleaning

A very good service and the work completed was at an excellent standard.

I needed an end of tenancy clean as part of my tenancy agreement, and due to unfortunate circumstances, it was needed last minute (the next day). Royal Cleaning were able to fit me in and did the clean to a high standard (I got my whole deposit back!). Their service was prompt, no fuss, and professional. Overall a great experience!

They quoted a good price but they cancelled my job upon arrival and said the property is “too dirty” and “below normal maintaining”. The manager called me back later to apologise and explain the accident. Truly disappointed but two stars for the good customer service, respect and communication.

I booked move-out cleaning with them. 176GBP for small two bed flat, very good price. They arrived late for one hour. This is fine by me. However, after viewing the property, the cleaners left and told me that the job was cancelled due to the property being 'too dirty'.

The manager called me back later to apologise and explain the accident.

I guess everyone understand that cancelling a cleaning job due to the property being dirty is ridiculous. I don’t want to argue about cleanliness because level of cleanliness of the flat is irrelevant to their last minute cancellation.

Excellent - the cleaners came early (but waited till we were ready), communicated clearly, got everything clean

We are so pleased with the service. I did not believe for a second the oven could be this clean. It was in a really bad condition. In less than ten minutes it was sparking. They also cleaned the stove top and the microwave to a brilliant shine. What impressed me most was that as soon she they approached the door she removed her shoes. I found her really courteous and efficient.

Was reccomended this company from a friend, said it was the cheapest quote they got on end of tenancy cleaning. The customer service was great and super responsive, said they'll match any lower quote I could find. Glad we went with them, the women who came to the house were lovely and did a great job - our estate agent even commented on how good the house looked! Thanks so much

The cleaners did an amazing job with the end of tenancy cleaning! Everything was so well done and very thorough. This is my second time using them and I would use them again.

After receiving a call saying that my flat was too dirty I was apprehensive . When I came back and saw the flat I was so amazed marina and her colleague done such a fantastic job . Would recommend royal cleaning 100% . Thank you 👍
