This company is Non-responsive across all platforms. I have been enquiring about a spare part for a Royal Cooler and they cannot be bothered to even respond. Disappointing!

Excellent service from very helpful and friendly staff. We needed a new 12v socket and lead for our 3way royal fridge. They immediately located the part and posted it to us (free part only paid for postage) 5 star service, we will recommend to others and use again.
I bought a front caravan cover from this company,I have had problems fitting this item due to the fact that my caravan is 7ft wide and the cover is “generic” which means it is 8ft+ wide I sent an email to this company asking how I lose 12” of material so as to fit my unit but not surprisingly no reply so do not buy a “generic” front cover from this company unless you own an 8ft caravan
