Honestly, I read all the reviews got worried if they were going to arrive because the shipping was taking a while. I was also worried if they were going to be fake. I was really surprised and really happy with the shoe at the price I brought it. I will be buying from them again.

After reading so many negative reviews I was feeling apprehensive about whether or not I would receive my order but I am very happy with the customer service and my purchase.
Every time I emailed for an update on my order I got a reply within the hour with reassurance and tracking details. I will have no hesitation ordering from this company again.

I emailed them regarding changing my address and they sent me a very unprofessional email telling me that I’m scamming them by changing my address even though everything is in my name and they still have my money. ‘Jacks’ a joker and the company will be dealt with accordingly.

I would like to thank you for the quality of the shoes I received. The product is very good, comfortable, and meets my expectations.
However, I would like to mention that the delivery took much longer than expected. The shipping delay was disappointing and caused inconvenience.

Don’t do it. A pair of shoes fall apart 6 weeks in to buying and they won’t do anything, advised me to go to a cobbler and say they offer absolutely no refunds. Also telling me they aren’t a retailer and this is from 2 separate employees.

We would like to clarify that the shoes did not “fall apart” as stated. The photo you provided shows a small tear on the upper mesh of the Yeezy Mono Cinder. This model features a delicate mesh upper, and we typically recommend going a half or full size up, as a tight fit can sometimes lead to this type of damage.
We would also like to clarify that we did not advise you to visit a cobbler. Instead, we offered to repair the shoes for you, and that offer remains open. As a buy-and-sell marketplace, we are not the manufacturer of this product. If you believe the issue is due to a product fault, you may wish to contact the manufacturer directly to raise a complaint.
However, as you declined our repair offer, we are unable to provide a refund for items showing signs of wear and tear. That said, we are still happy to arrange a repair as a gesture of goodwill.
Please let us know if you would like to proceed with the repair or discuss this matter further.

Scam & dodgy company ... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, EFFORT OR MONEY!
Ordered an essential hoodie....waited a long time for delivery. Item eventually came and was too small. I processed a returns & refund. Posted the item back (I paid for 1st class signed - royal mail ) within 48hrs of initial delivery. I Received an email saying they had received the item & would refund me...6 weeks later & still no refund...this company is an absolute joke & scam. Please don't give them ANY MONEY.
Update: order no29562 : check you in box...I emailed you yesterday. It has the trail of all our correspondence including your email confirming the returns has been received and a refund would be issued.
Update -13/02/2026: despite 2 emails from Royal culture saying a refund has been issued & if I can remove this review I still haven't received any money in my bank. Hugely disappointing
If I don't receive my refund with the next 7 days I will seek further advise from trading standards.
