They’re a scam like everyone is saying, they order fake designer from China and send it to you. Their number on their website doesn’t work, it’s clearly such a fake I wish I read the reviews. Don’t argue with them, just threaten them with a chargeback they’ll bend over backwards to refund you. I ordered an essentials tracksuit tracksuit, first it took like two weeks which was odd then I got a royal mail text saying parcel from Yanwen was arriving soon, more worried. Parcel arrived, scanned QR code in bottoms and it came back fake. Emailed them no response. Emailed them again no response. Finally sent them a threatening email that I’d start a chargeback if I wasn’t refunded immediately - got a reply within ten minutes. So apologetic! Begging to not do a chargeback. It’s because if a business gets too many their payment system gets shut down. DONT ARGUE JUST THREATEN A CHARGEBACK AND THEYLL BEND OVER BACKWARDS. They sent the returns address it was a Big Yellow Storage unit. The customer service is just a guy called Ali, I nearly laughed at them after when they started trying to be professional. I sent them evidence the stuff came from China - they said sometimes we get stuff from Hong Kong - anyway it was an entertaining experience for me but I got my refund in full with multiple apologies so to everyone reading this is a fake designer goods website - run by a guy called Ali and Jack. Don’t waste anytime arguing just threaten a chargeback and they’ll panic and send ur money back. If I had more time on my hands I’d report it to actionfraud and trading standards but I honestly cant be bothered their whole website and business is so tacky, I wish I read these reviews first - I should’ve known when they stocked an essentials tracksuit that no one else had (the only reason I took the risk) but nope fake stuff from China.

From the start, we offered you a replacement or a refund. We never refused to help, and our return system works smoothly for customers every day.
The problem was that instead of working with us, you kept sending threats and calling us a scam, even though we explained the barcode issue, followed up with you, allowed the return, and refunded you in full. At no point were you scammed, and it’s not fair to call us that when we gave you every option to make things right.
Unlike other resell platforms, we don’t block returns or refuse refunds. That’s why our chargeback rate is very low. We always do our part, but communication has to go both ways.
We do apologise if you feel this wasn’t the case, we did try our best to respond to you in a professional manner.

Received a tshirt I had ordered as a birthday present stated new big bad gripped and no tags. Requested to return and was given return address. Posted day after I received and received a message from Royal Mail not to deliver to the property, this was well over a month ago and parcel is now on its way back to me with a message saying they had no redelivery instructions from recipient. Almost 6 weeks after I order the tshirt is no use and on its way back to me!! I checked with one of your team by email who confirmed return address was correct so why request Royal Mail do t deliver to it????

Worse Customer Service
They don’t respond to emails, their WhatsApp number dosent work both of them! I placed an order with them on the 31st of July and I’m still waiting on my order. Worse customer service experience. This company cannot be trusted . I placed an order on 27th July . Sadly not doing enough research to do they are actually selling second hand goods and act as middle men for seller.
Anyway nearly three weeks later and after taking my money I do not have my goods . I cannot get hold of anyone . Sent emails no reply . They offer a WhatsApp page but it’s not ok WhatsApp . Do not use under any circumstances. My bank will now claim money bank thankfully .
Thank you for you reply . But your website when you track parcel offers an online help . That says your to busy and have to send your details . I did this seven times . You number you say to use on what’s app does not work . You are not selling your own stock as you have to check items are authentic therefore they are second hand . On the 7th August my time was meant to take 2-3 working days .
I have not received any email from yourselves.
Always very convenient to not have a phone number .

Your review is misleading, as we have only received one email from you and our standard response time can be up to 24 hours. Additionally, nowhere on our website does it state that we sell second-hand goods — this is simply an incorrect assumption.
Everything authentic and packaged nicely
You can tell they care about the presentation, both the Fear of God and Trapstar items I ordered came in their original packaging, no creases, no weird smells, tags all intact. 10/10.

Buyer Beware!
I ordered a pair of Uggs on the 12/6 and they took 5 weeks to arrive! When they did arrive they were the wrong size. I was advised to return them and I would receive my refund for the item and the postage I had to pay upon receipt of the return. They emailed 2 weeks ago to say the return had been received and that my refund has been processed. I still haven’t received it! I have sent 2 emails to ask about the refund and I haven’t received a response from either! Looks like I’m going to have to try and claim through my credit card provider
