Absolute scam! This is not a legitimate moving company. They are brokers who take your money and send disreputable “movers” to your home. They showed up late at night after multiple confusing calls and texts probably hoping I would be too exhausted to deal with any more aggravation. I went through complete inventory over the phone a week before they came and they proceeded to say I had three times the amount when they showed up and tried to charge me even more. I have since had multiple real movers confirm I had the inventory I said I had. They are complete con artists. Do not give a dollar to these people. Do your research and pay the extra money for reputable movers.

Still no one called me back to discuss the false promises. Total scam. Wanted to up charge me $3K when they showed up!!!!! I knew having me pay while on the line and sign stuff while on the line was a little pushy. Stole deposit. Deceitful sales! Y’all lost big. I have 4 other families moving here and they were looking to me for who to use, definitely not y’all now. And after posting, a person I grew up following my journey is moving close by and said they’d definitely not use y’all. If you would’ve done right, could’ve been different story. DO NOT USE.

Just successfully completed my move of over 26,000 pds. Lloyd instructed to overestimate which paid off in the long run. Saved me 14k! The customer service was very helpful and stress-free. Lloyd was always a phone call away and answered all my questions and concerns. Top Notch Company!

Last week Royal Palm helped me move apartments. I have a lot of nice furniture and electronics. They made sure everything was safe. They are professional and handled the job in a smooth and efficient manner. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in need.

Great experience. Sales person was super knowledgeable and helped me understand the logistics of moving. The movers were professional and nothing was mishandled or broken. Price wise I feel that it was worth it because I didn’t have any issues!
