This casino makes it appear that registration is easy with a few simple identifiers. Then after you play and look to make a withdraw, they go through an incredibly difficult process requiring multiple pieces of identification. In my case, I had sent eight different documents to them and they still did not except my proof. They have $400 that I would say… Since it’ll be next to impossible for me to satisfy the requirements; they have now stolen it.

I had such a bad experience with this Casino Site. This is a scam and do not expect any help from customer service. When I joined the Royal Panda, they did not ask for any verification. They let me withdraw a few times. But suddenly they asked for the documents to verify. I submitted my Id and address proof. I used 2 different cards to put some money as a deposit. First of all, it was shocking that they were asking for a debit/credit card picture to upload. But I still uploaded the debit card picture but they kept rejecting the document as they wanted me to upload both the card. It was so illogical to ask for pictures for both my cards then I talked to this customer service representative named Simon. He was doing the same thing just asking me to upload both card pictures. He was not even responding properly and reading what I was writing. With all the frustration I just closed the account without withdrawing my money from Royal Panda. my experience with Royal Panda Casino was a complete disaster. From the frustrating website design to the unhelpful customer support and convoluted withdrawal process, it's clear that this casino falls far short of providing a satisfactory gaming experience. I strongly advise anyone considering playing at Royal Panda Casino to look elsewhere for a more reputable and customer-oriented online casino.

This site is bad said I'd won 700 and sent all info they needed and kept coming back with an excuse on all wot a scam they are and liars said they could send reward back too my visa the one the deposit came from then asks for all this other verification for bank statement ID and conformation on every other thing then everytime I sent it wasn't good enough please please don't join this scam

I’m from Ontario and I had made an account a year ago.Yesterday I deposited $40 and ended up winning $120. Upon withdrawing, Royal Panda decided I needed to make a new account under their new Ontario license, removing all my funds completely. So essentially they let me play, spend money and then when I won they decided I’m not aloud to keep the money. I wouldn’t recommend Royal Panda for shady business practices.

This company is a fraud heartless thieves. I signed up and play some money and won some money so i press the withdrawal which it shows that my withdrawal is bending and nearly one day later theres still no money and i tried to login but they have lock me out and cancel my account. Please dont ever think of wasting your money. Everytime some one will write a honest reviews they will reply to cover their con jobs. The authorities where this company is operating should investigate this fraud. We were on the way to varanasi from noida and were looking for a place having decent lunch in route so that we can carry on our journey and not waste much time in the city in finding a good restaurant. First of all, the food was awesome and staff were well behaved. Good ambience and seating area. It's located outside the city that helps you to carry on your travel without spending time in the city traffic.

Tried to withdrawl 2 sets of winnings turns out they needed verification after I was already verified and was just excuse afyer excuse after that so they didnt have to pay.

Its been almost 2 months that I am waiting for my money. I had 48 000 INR on my account. But since Royal Panda is not available in India anymore I could not log in to withdrawal. They have asked me to send them bank details for international transaction. I have sent them all details and they said withdrawal is approved. But it's been more than one month and I have not received any money on my account!

I have an account with royal panda that was closed randomly 4 days ago. No reason given. A lot of money in the account. Every time I try to contact customer support they can’t help me and come up with new excuses as to why I can’t get into my account. I’m still fighting with them over it. Do not join this casino. They will just take your money and kick you out.

Will not give me my winnings despite me giving them 5 verification documents which all have been approved. Talked to several agents and no help whatsoever. My withdrawal is canceled every morning and the funds are back in my wallet. Now they have run out of excuses of blaming me to release my winnings. Now they say it is an ‘internal problem’.
