Had a deposit issue last week, told royal to close my account. They did. Was still getting emails about the sign up bonus. I contacted customer service and told em t9 reinstate my account as I would take part in their 100% bonus upto 500 with a 5x rollover. After reading into the fine print and wondering why they would allow multiple deposits on the same bonus to complete the rollover. We'll that because YOU ONLY GET YOUR DEPOSIT FUNDS TO USE. If you want to withdraw cash, they will jack you around claiming you haven't submitted the proper documents. I submitted way more than necessary (bank statements, passport, selfies holding the card, etc) and they still wouldn't send the money. They accept cash in seconds but when you try to withdraw they give ridiculous excuses about security as to why they can't pay out. The type of bank documents they request require pieces of info that aren't even on your bank statement...so they then use that as an excuse to not pay.
I've spoken to friends who used their site and they have also had major issues in getting verified and withdrawing funds too.
Leo Vegas is the same company and they also make you jump through unnecessary hoops for weeks.
Stay away from this frustrating company!

Non Existent Sign Up Bonus - Don't Use this site in Ontario!
Do not sign up at this Casino in Ontario. They promoto a 100% sign up bonus, but they don't actually give you the funds to wager with like every other casino. You need to roll both the deposit and bonus funds 20x before you can ever wager with the bonus funds. Completely backwards. Losing some money and voicing your frustration at this fact will get you kicked out apparently from Royal Panda. Well about a year ago I won over 60 thousand on this site. All my documents were verified and I put a small withdrawal for 2000, and nothing. Just sits pending. and pending. Support stalling. They didn't want to pay out. They requested additional verification..I provide that and they keep the excuse going. Honestly I gave up after two months of this. Other casinos a 2 thousand withdrawl is no problem, especially if you are already verified. 3k and above can ask for some additional docs

hello, i have been on Royal Panda only for about a month and have made several deposits and played a few games, i made a withdrawal of 240$ and received my money without issue, i now have a pending withdrawal of 260$ and am jumping through hoops to get it, i tried to withdrawal the money twice, i spoke to support many times, at first i was told to verify my ID, my address and my Idebit info. I uploaded my ID, and my newest proof of address wich was approved and i explained to support agent that i did not use nor have "Idebit" the method that i used to request a withdrawl was eCashout wich i had already provided the details for during my first withdrawal "the one i received". the support team said to me that the idebit was not necessary if i could provide my transaction ID account (Banking info) so i provided everything, even my transit and account information (nobody was clear on what i needed to do so i gave everythingin attempt to get my money) along with a screenshot of the transaction, basically gave them a void cheque for god sakes. right after i provided this information i was kicked off my casino account and was not able to log back in, support told me due to a security issue my account was frozen and i wan no longer able to sign in to my casino account. i was told that if i provided everything that i'd be able to log back in and that my payment would be processed. however, im now being told that my casino account cannot be found and support will no longer help me. i was given a "support email" insted. i've since been ignored. Currently..here is where i am with all this nonsense, i have a 260$ withdrawl that im not recieving, i cant log into my account, everything is verified and i've given every piece of documentation expected of me(enough for identity theft), but nobody can seem to help me , this feels like a scam. I'd keep researching other casinos, not recommended.
