we so sorry about that, but as we let you know before when you asked us about delivery before Christmas we told you that the deadline for receiving before Christmas is December 10, you placed your order on December 12.
Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days, as you were informed before placing the order.
For our part, we completed your order in an expedited manner in one day. We did everything you asked about and expedite your order. Sorry, but we can’t expedite your delivery, because delivery is a third party company, and it will be delivered at the time indicated on our website and you were informed about it.
