Tenielle Promised 7-10 day turn around for the delivery of our container, 18 days later the truck arrives and was oversized and could not deliver after taking out trees and leaving a horrible mess (without dropping container off).The worst part is we were told that someone inspected the site and that the deliverers of the shipping container would bring a small truck as per the requirements. statewide had no such correspondence nor did they come and check the property out as they were not aware of the issues on sight. We rang tenielle and she advised that nothing had been done to try and rectify the issues (3 hours later) as she was awaiting a call back from the company who couldn’t deliver and do not have the truck required. We had a shipping container delivered a month earlier for another resident on the property done within 7 days no issues!!! We are now left with nothing for our family of 5. They don’t seem to care or have the intuition to organise someone who can properly deliver in a timely matter. Bottom line is that we have been so stressed and absolutely let down by Royal wolf, paying so much money for the worst service.

Teresse was great, very prompt response, delivery happened quickly without fuss, and the delivery driver was very accommodating with placement of container.

We are very happy with the container, but the process of getting it delivered was an absolute nightmare.
There was confusion and a lack of communication with us.
We ordered the container, paid the first month's rent and delivery and pick up charge. We were then told that a 20ft container was not available and that Teneille would ring us when it was available. We received no phone call after about a week so we phoned Teneille and she advised that it was then available.
Delivery was arranged for Thursday 25/3/22. We phoned Teneille on the Thursday morning and confirmed that delivery would be that day around 1pm. So, off we go 50 plus kilometres up the road to the delivery destination.
Around 3 pm still no delivery - we phoned Teneille - she will phone us back.
Teneille phoned us back and says delivery will not be until the next day. A whole day wasted.
Back to the site Friday for delivery around 10am - the delivery driver arrived and he was fantastic, advising the best place for the container, we couldn't get a more courteous driver - just great.
The shipping container was in fantastic condition.

Great service. Organised and efficiently run company. From ordering to delivery. The shipping container we got is in next to new condition and very good.

Staff were very good to deal with and we were very happy with the 40ft container and the company that delivered it. Phone email communication could have just been a little better. We found we had to make follow up calls to them. Would use them again and pleased with the service.

These guys are amazing people they go over and beyond for their community, clients and all fellow Australians. When the northern rivers were in desperate need for refrigerated containers Royal Wolf stood up and donated 4 to help out. All it took was one phone call and they stood up and answered the call which was amazing to see. Thank you team at Royal Wolf containers you are awesome you show that your are a true Aussie company and stand shoulder to shoulder with your Australian's in need.

I had a wonderful experience with royal Wolf.
I found the price to be totally reasonable, the storage yard tidy and accessible and best of all the yard manager was down to earth, kind in nature and allowed me the time and space to get my equipment unloaded without felling I was an inconvenience.
5 stars, very happy!

Currently you fail to meet the expectations of your potential rental customers. Way too slow to give approvals, so much so that as your agent I am referring requests for short term rentals to our opposition. And this is not a reflection on the staff in the Rockhampton depot as their hands are tied by your slow slow process.
