Dear all , I put 1 star because is no option for none, why I decided I will tell you. In total I recycled 2 phones one iPhone 7 which seems ok they pay me how much they said, but my frustration is my iPhone X 64 gb, price was £500 they send me an email they said the phone has been revaluated to £450 due some scratch on chrome (absolutely lies) my phone was 8 mounth old and always in a leather case completely covered is not about the £50 less I was shocked about it and finding this a joke , just to avoid this sorry RPC but never again with you . Next time I will check the reviews .

awful- over value phones then make up problems- will be chasing for my phone to be sent back and then will use someone else. Cowboys. AVOID.

Very pleased with the service, the payment took a while but everything got sorted at the end. Deffo recommend it to anyone trying to get some cash for their old device!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Wanted to sell my phone and looked on comparison site and RPC offered the highest amount. After having to pay £7 delivery to send them the phone they came back to me and said there were marks on the screen and could only offer me just over half the original offer. I declined. They then sent me another offer for £10 more which I also declined. They eventually sent the phone back and I could see no visible issues with the phone. I then sent the phone off to Mazuma who pay for for delivery costs and they paid me the full amount and found no issues with the phone. Moral is these companies quote the higher amounts to lure you in before they make up some excuse with the handset so they can offer you a lesser amount and hope you accept to avoid the hassle of re-selling. Wish I had used Mazuma from the start and will never use RPC Recycle again,

the lack of communication is absolutely shocking and I'm still waiting for payment. I've sent queries off but no response to them and I'm now very concerned about getting the money offered for my iPhone 7 which they have had now for almost 2 weeks. I wish I went elsewhere, I'll be seeking advice from the ombudsman about this.

Happy with the process of them sending a package and receiving my phone. Great communication up until the confirmation of payment, which I still haven’t received and it’s been 1.5 weeks?!

RPC Recycle offered £136 for an iPhone 6S 64GB and then said there was a deep scratch on the screen so could only offer £90. I refused and have just received £145 from Cash4Tech with absolutely no problems at all. Don’t trust this company or at least take photos of your device before sending it in.

Perfect service, got what is quoted within couple of days of sending the iphone se. Postal packet sent was very basic only £20 insurance, so have to do special delivery with extra charges, other than that all as expected.

Excellent, fast and reliable. Good on the phone when I had a packaging query. My box wouldn't fit in the bag they provided but I could use my own with there label with no extra cost. So that was great. I was concerned the tracking didn't work but they emailed me once they received the phone and emailed every step of the way throughout the process. So very good will use again and have recommended

Did all they said they would in a very easy and hassle free manor. All done very quickly and the price offered was the price that was paid into my bank account as soon as the phone was tested and processed. Excellent and the best price offered over the 'big names'!

I sent my son's iphone 7 after being offered 195 for it. It was in excellent condition, minor marks where you plug in the charger. Once they received the phone they said the screen was cracked and phone scuffed and offer 97.5. PLEASE TAKE CARE WITH THIS COMPANY< DO NOT TRUST THEM and take pictures of whatever you send.
