My car was due It's MOT and failed. RPM not only collected my car from my home but replaced the necessary parts needed for an MOT pass and returned the car to my home within 3 days at an incredible price. The collection and drop off service by an insured driver was only an additional £5 fee. Great communication and friendly staff who keep you updated on the situation with a call or a text message. Will definitely use these guys again. Thanks

RPM are a great garage to use for servicing and repairs. Recently my car was giving me battery charging problems.
After RPM doing a diagnostic check it became apparent my car had a faulty electric clutch switch.
They changed the switch but also as a precaution they changed the second switch after calling me for permission to carry on with the job.
My battery is a stop start battery but was only holding a 33% charge.
The battery was under and in warranty.
RPM took my battery back to the parts dealer where I purchased it from and collected the new battery for me. It turned out the parts supplier had sold me the wrong battery in the first instance a year ago!
My wife's car was recently MOT'd at RPM.
RPM keep you informed of how your job is going, they try their utmost to have your car back with you on the same day.
Sometimes, you have to expect your car may be held up because of getting parts delivered to the garage on time.
RPM make sure to look after their customer. Their rates are very competitive. All in all, a great customer service team.

RPM have cared for my vehicles for over 25 years. Absolutely professional. They have got me out of problem situations, attended to servicing and breakdowns promptly and at reasonable cost. They have my complete trust.

Having problems with my car and understanding why my car kept showing error messages. In short RPM over 2 visits we got the problem down to Battery and potentially something else as well. After replacing the faulty battery RPM told me to give it a test and let’s see if the error messages settle. Well it broke down and would not start, RPM came out and got the car started and had it back in the garage. Next step was a clutch switch change. I picked it up and they would not take further monies as they appreciated we had multi visits for the same issue. So far it’s ok but we might still have an issue. The thing is with RPM you feel the honesty and care they give.

I was on holiday when I heard a knocking noise from my car. RPM Motors were able to inspect the car that same day and were also able to fix the issue. They were efficient and really nice to deal with. I wish all garages could be like this!
