Mine is the same story as everyone else’s, I ordered 2 human dog beds because they were advertised under the guise of ‘HSN’ and paid for 2 chairs, second one was ‘free’ but instead received a pair of cheap plastic sunglasses… no response to my email.
Should be illegal, they need to be shut down

Placed order for 4 OVERSIZED dog beds for humans and they never provided tracking/shipping info after i placed my order. Asked for a refund and continued to say sorry and be patient. After 15+ emails, I received 1 plastic pair of sunglasses. When I emailed AGAIN, they admitted "their shippers mistakenly took" my items. Yet, still refused a refund and said I need to pay to return the cheap sunglasses and after review, may refund my money. I told them I was reporting them to BBB, AG & law enforcement and was asked not to. They also email from watebed.com.
I ordered a dog bed for Humans with great reviews, and they sent me a pair of cheap shades, they replied by email that they needed to speak with their supervisor about a refund and I haven't heard back, will likely fight them with my credit card company. They emailed saying they would research it and now the email address can no longer receive messages. Total scam these are the new nigerian princes, do not fall for it.
They robbed me fo 90$. Two orders. One was said to be refunded but wasnt. The other they cant provide a traacking number but sent me to a page that doesnt exist. Telling me to use a different browser. FRAUD
