They issued a credit to my credit card without telling me why. I didn't know if they had sent what I ordered or not and didn't want to re-order without knowing. So I emailed their customer service with my order number and asked the status of my order. They did not reply. Their website indicates the product is "in stock and ready to order." I want the product but don't want the hassle of re-ordering and then having them refund the order without explanation. Will not order from them again.

My order came quickly & my dog’s arthritis is helped so much when he uses the heating pad.

Toozey does not communicate. I gave a bad review because I had been charged but nothing had shipped as far as I knew. They indicated they would email when my order shipped. There never was any tracking, no response via email, and there is no existing phone number in the US. I finally received my product 15 days after I ordered so I'm moving them up to 3 stars only because I finally received my order.

Placed order on Sept. 4th, 2025. According to the website, it would have been shipped from a US facility. No email updates, tracking link doesn't work as of Sept 14th. Emailed for customer service on the 14th. Will update if a response is ever received.

I emailed multiple times about the wrong address on my item. Toozey ignored me and never sent an item. Once I escalated to my credit card two weeks later, Toozey sent me a tracking number for an item sent to a different city?

I never received any communication from the company. When I asked about my order. I reached out many times. Trying any of the ways to try to get in touch with them. I didn’t hear anything back no matter which option I tried. The online chat was always offline. And it always said the last time it was active was 01/24/2025. I tried this option too. I still haven’t heard anything.

Worst customer service ever. I tried to reach them four times through the email address listed and received no replies whatsoever. Do NOT buy anything from this company!! Website says I can return the item within 14 days but there is no return address listed and the only way to contact is by email that no one responds to. Do not trust this company!!

Due to inclement weather our package was late. So far the construction of the heating pad is high quality.

The product is great and merchandise is shipped quickly. I'm glad I found Toozey to keep my outdoor cats warm and healthy through the cold winter months.

Canceled order out of stock. Didn't get a refund.

Toozey has a very informative website. The ordering and delivery process was top notch. I am so glad a co-worker recommended this company to me.

My old kitty is sleeping on it every day. I used treats to coax him sh girst but he loves the warmth.

Very well made. Works wonderfully. Abby is toasty warm, happy and loves this!

Perfect cat/dog heated house. Simple to put together, no tools necessary. Soft padded pad , heating unit for warmth. Inside or out. Presently using it for my dog. Loves the two entrances. Feels comfortable laying and playing inside. Looks adorable, doesn't take much room. Wish I can post a photo.

4 Stars because it looks well made, seems like a fair price and nice but, haven't been use yet until next bath time for our fur baby. Will see how it stands up after a few months. What made me decide to buy this besides looking well made, is the zipper foam cover.

Good product, easy ordering. Ordered medium pet heating pad, it works great, my pet loves it

I ordered filters for the cat drinking fountain and the boxes were in a padded envelope, when I opened it the boxes looked like someone stepped on it and the boxes were smashed but the filters were ok without any damage.
