Received a text message the next morning confirming they received our application. Sharlett was amazing and walked us through the process every step of the way. She eased my anxiety and kept us updated. She truly was a godsend with our ignorance to not pay attention to our passport expiration date.
The only feedback would be to somehow confirm this is is not a scam. I don't know what that would be some other additional security measures.
