Great communication
Great communication throughout the entire process. My contact, Sharlett, was incredibly helpful and kept me updated along the way. Turned around my passport in the time frame they said it would take.

I made the mistake. They fixed it!!!
I made the dumb mistake of not realizing my passport was expired less than 14 days from the trip my wife and I had scheduled for the past 2 years. They had my new passport in my hands 2 days before our trip! If you're in that same dreaded pinch like I was, you should use RSVPassports!

So this very much could’ve been a stressful situation but Ms. Sharlett made everything as smooth as could be. Very communicative and made sure that I had the correct documents and that the documents would be accepted. Honestly, it’s hard to find good help these days unfortunately, but Ms. Sharlett is the standard.

All tiers have full phone support and experts that will guide you through the many obstacles of getting your passports.
Passport applications are detailed and often tedious. Our white-glove service corrects over 80% of all orders to ensure they are accepted by the government. For the tier you purchased you are responsible for filling out your name and other key details accurately but had full access to our expert team available via phone, email or text for any questions that arose. We sent you detailed instructions and you didn’t reach out to our team for any help or corrections before posting this review.
Regardless of the tier purchased, we are always here and happy to assist with questions, updates, or adjustments. We handle a large number of customers every day and we're happy to report most find our help critical for their travel needs.

I was beyond anxiety ridden when I realized my passport was expired and a trip that was not planned came out of the blue.
