They deserve 0 stars. Rtc southern nevada bus system is HORRIBLE. So many missing busses leaving riders stranded on side of road for over an hour. 50% - 75% of routes have issues everyday & its been like this since 2020. They obviously dont have substitute drivers for call outs like they should. Rarely do they communicate which busses are missing so planning a trip gives bad info. They have caused a lot of hardships to the community: lost jobs, missed court, missed tests at school, lost hourly wages, extra daycare, ubers, & more
