Good product, needs installation instructions
The product was on back order and it took a very long time to receive my order. The company did offer we a partial refund due to the long wait and they kept me updated through email about the expected time for delivery. Excellent! The product did not include any instructions and the bolts sent were way too long. Be prepared to go to the hardware store to get the correct length screws.

Originally I had given this company a poor review because I had not received my item and it looked like it was stuck in customs forever. The support team contacted me and was very apologetic about the delay and finally reshipped me my order which I received in two days. Kudos to them for excellent support. I would recommend them to anyone.

My fault but…
My fault because I’m old but made a purchase that, overlooked by me, didn’t include duty fees. Long story short, I had to pay an additional $40 and although it was my mistake, they reimbursed me for half.
If that’s not excellent customer service, I don’t know what is!
