Ordered my clutch kit on the 2nd September. Car was booked in on 10th September to a garage to have it fitted. I called RTS on the 6th to ensure they had my order as I had not heard anything. I explained i needed it for the weekend and they said it was due to leave today (6th). Clutch has not arrived. Its now the 10th and the clutch is stil up north at a dpd depot. I called on the 9th and they said it had only just been posted that day. Explained i called a few days ago and told them i needed it by the weekend. They said it was a next day service and would come saturday, although the tracking now says monday. Garage appointment is now canceled and having to wait a month for another day it can be done.
Great company, if you want your heard earned money taken and don't want the item to arrive.

Good products and best of intentions but unreliable support and wrong products supplied at times. Shipping can be a nightmare as parts goes missing. I'm owed $2000 due to this and they don't respond.

I rang for advice and spoke to a very helpful man who answered all my questions, He even advised me that a lightened flywheel was not need, while everyone else had tried to sell me one.
Ordered on line arrived well packaged and quickly, have not fitted yet but the quality looks very good

Really happy with the discs and pads and the delivery time but I ordered black finish but received silver. Not exactly a deal breaker but there was no mention of black being out of stock etc.

Fast dispatch and altho took day or two for clutch to bed in. I now have no problems with clutch kit they sent for my vxr.

Parts ordered at 10.00am delivered next day, top service

Terrible product and awful service, bought a twin plate kit from AET Motorsports, slipped right from day 1 of installation even driving very slowly, reported the issue to rts and aet right at the start, neither seemed bothered, just said bed it in correctly which I did, never improved even after 900 careful miles, removed the whole thing and fitted a sachs set up, zero issues, neither company wants o know. Rts say I should have changed the gti flywheel to the R version, AET say they have never heard of this, RTS have my clutch flywheel and release bearing and i am £800 out of pocket.
Will never use either company again.

To answer your reply, imo which I am entitled to the product that AET Motorsports sold me for my golf gti that apparently they have fitted hundreds to was not functioning in my car, you RTS are telling me I should of also fitted a golf R flywheel, AET dispute this and tell me it's not true or required in a golf gti.

These are facts simple as that, neither you the manufacturer or aet the distributor are willing to resolve this issue, your threat of court action against me for liable says it all really, let's go to court no problem and I will show a judge all the correspondence that I have from you and AET, you also still have my complete clutch kit and my flywheel which you have had since 18.12.2021.
