WARNING!!! Do not buy from this website, it's a scam. I received a dress that I thought was going to be of excellent quality, it's terrible 😔

If I could give no stars I would. Pretending to be an Irish company with a fake profile. Sub standard, over priced clothes coming from the other side of the world. No returns docket. Avoid.

My Mam purchased a blouse for €39 and subsequently we saw it on Shein for €8.95 but it was too late to cancel. The blouse came, awful quality, cheap chinese rubbish. They said they would refund €5 which we are disputing with them. It's depressing as this website will probably close down and another one will pop up in it's place, ready to deceive customers again.

Scam website, clothes take weeks to come from China and they bare no resemblance to the website pictures. I have to send back at my own expense to China tracked postage. They keep offering 20% cash back and keep the item. Keep your money!

Even less than this if it were possible . They are misleading . Quality of items are terrible . When I asked for refund and return information they suggested I donate , give to a friend or resell item . The items are such bad quality I would not consider wearing them , the images are obviously not real and to give the impression it is an Irish based company is totally misleading- lesson learned stick to known brands

This is a scam. The clothes come from China & not Kerry. They are very poor quality & look nothing like the photos. I bought a green jacket. It took a month to get here & was supposed to be 100% cotton, it's 100% polyester. I have tried to contact them without success.

Absolute scam!! Product not anything like what is online. Fraudulent company.

Not even one star! After along wait for delivery items which arrived were poor quality. My guessing is they use photos from other sites and make poor replicates and over charge. I decided to return my items but with a few emails back and forth to support I accepted an offer of 50% refund and get to keep items (which went in charity bag). Postage to return items would be nearly €30 I was still very I suspicious. I never received refund and somehow my emails to support have gone out of my inbox! I still have some emails regarding delivery.
Do not engage with the website.

This company represented as an Irish company based in Kerry yet the goods are all coming from China. I am trying to get a refund going by their policy on their website and Facebook but they keep constantly asking me for an exchange item. They will give it at a discount price this has been going on for over a week now or more and I am still waiting on the postal details to return the item which was too small and very bad quality. It’s obviously a scam. Do not purchase on this website.

Please look up how to do a charge back! I did one for my mother, she had paid on Revolut and it was relatively straight forward but if you have trouble attaching images look for help. It’s was a 50 day wait for their response then we got it back in full

Completely dissatisfied. The coat/jacket that I ordered is nothing like the picture. I just wish I had read these reviews before ordering. This company appears to represent itself as an Irish Company when it is not. To add insult to injury returns have to be sent to Asia at your expense making it economically unviable.

I would like to give less than 1 star.
I would strongly advice that you do not buy anything from Ruby and Maeve Kerry.What will arrive will not be at all like the image on their website eg:purchased jacket recieved fleece,friend bought dress recieved 2 pieces of wrinkled,extremely poor quality including 7ft long skirt.

Be careful — this shop presents itself as Irish, but the clothes are shipped from China. Delivery took over 2 weeks, and returns mean paying expensive postage overseas. I lost €144.85 and they only offered 10% back and a discount code. Misleading and not trustworthy.”

Very poor quality product with inflated cost. Cost €30 to return. Do not order from this site!

Awful quality cloths the smell off them was toxic. Total scam not a boutique from kerry got 3 items of pure rubbish which i can't return because it costs a fortune. Lesson learnt read reviews.

Do not buy from this website it most certainly not Irish, the coat looks nothing like what I thought I was getting, so disappointed. They do not even deserve a one star

This company has gone to great lengths to deceive people! I assumed like many others that this was an Irish-based company so was very disappointed when I went to track the parcel to see it originated in China. Maybe I missed something along the way but the website really is built to mislead!! The dress I ordered arrived today and is just terrible! Really poor quality, and looks nothing like the right size. Like many others I'm not sure I have the stomach for the returns/refund process.
