Very good communication from the point of ordering, and we were sent a photo of the actual table. Garden set came very well protected and on a pallet. Delivery service first class and the driver got the pallet as close to the garage as possible. Good service all round.

Rubys garden boutique continues ot offer excellent service. having bought 1 Glatz garden parasol last year, I bought another this year to shade more of the patio. OK I could have bought something cheaper but these are quality products supplied on time by decent friendly people. Please with both the products and the company.

the package was delivered safely and when promised . Reasonably easily assembled by one person. Problem with one fixing bolt which cross threaded, The table itself is good quality and looks very good indeed!

I love my table and chairs! They were delivered as promised and arrived in tact they look really classy in my garden.

We are so pleased with our garden furniture and so glad that we did not cancel the order as there was a problem with the delivery through no fault of the Ruby's Garden Boutique. As it had not arrived I emailed them and Kim was most helpful in finding out what had happened. It appeared that it was a fault of the courier as it had been sent to the wrong depot. Kim kept us up to date by email and phone when the order was likely to be delivered and rang us on the day of delivery to let us know the timing. Would certainly not hesitate to recommend this company, excellent Customer service.

Very pleased with our new garden table. It fits into our small garden cutch very well. The colour is lovely and suits the furniture we have already, though I am tempted to buy the matching chairs! It was delivered promptly and fit together well

Really good product. Fab service all round

We purchased the Trabella Taranto table with 4 Parma chairs in Anthracite and are very pleased with the quality considering the very low price. Good communication from Ruby's and delivery was within time slot. Just need to buy cushions!
