Excellent communication, delivery very efficient and the table is super. Well made and is definitely superior quality to others we have looked at.

Had spent a lot of time searching for resin recliners , luckily i found these , they arrived promptly and appear sturdy and are comfy . Haven't used them on the garden yet as I live in Scotland but I'm confident they will be excellent

Superb service. Had a few minor issues with slight scratches. Offending items were exchange with no quibble, no cost amd no hassle. Will definitely use again . Both table and parasol off the highest quality , very pleased with both . Also always someone on the end of a phone to talk to

I can only say that the service was excellent. I have not unpacked the table and chairs yet as i have to prepare the space. Looks lovely in packaging as I had to have a peek. Ordered early so that I could enjoy it all summer.
The chairs look beautiful. Can’t wait to see the set in all its glorious beauty.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Ruby's Garden Boutique especially from Kim. Because of circumstances beyond their control my garden table and chairs took nearly a year to come into their shop but I was kept informed every step of the way and as soon as they came into their shop I received an email to say that they were being dispatched which only took a couple of days to arrive. If I required any other item I would not hesitate to go back to Ruby's.

Very happy and impressed by a wonderful and unique table,heavy and stable,lovely looking table for the garden,got the bolts separately in the post,as we're not in the box,but still give 5 stars as the quality of the table is paramount

I ordered a pair of deer sculptures. Unfortunately, on arrival, the antler on one of the deer was broken. I emailed Rubys and they replied the same day. They were very apologetic about the mishap, contacted their warehouse and within three working days I had the replacement on my doorstep. I thought the attention and service that I had from this company was exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Prompt, polite and efficient customer service! Would definitely recommend.
