Now this is a first for me. The nerves of these swindlers is absolutely breathtaking I just made well won and my winnings just vanished from $200 to $48 in the blank of an eye. And I have the picture to prove it too now you ask why I have a pic of this it's because I'm noticing a trend in there false casino fronts on the web that are all losing as legitimate businesses but are actually internet leaches. They are just like your neighborhood pick pocket, the only difference is they have the web to hide in. So when I notice the $48 dollars I hit the redeem button and this is how focused they are on taking you for everything you got. They asked me to deposit 10 dollars along with my verification to insure my withdrawal gets transferred safely... Someone need to make a movie out of these clowns and someone needs to stop them and find some way to sanction and put restrictions on people like this.. hopefully my review saves y'all from the trouble. WORSE casino. I did a first time deposit and got 50 free spins. I won $15 off that free spins and i had to wager $2400. What kind of scam shit is this? I know i wont reach that so i played knowing i will lose.

These guys are scam artists. I was offered a free chip by them and won. Max payout was set at $100. I managed to win and play through tried to withdraw my winnings. Went through the verification process and was told my documents were approved. They told me I had to deposit $10 through my Litecoin wallet and I did that. Requested the $100 withdrawal and waited until a few mins ago to inquire about why I haven't heard from them on the approval. Decided to inquire with them after I read all their bad reviews and the guy told me my withdrawal was denied because I used more than one free bonus than allowed. I didn't. They offered me free spins in my account and my withdrawal was already requested and removed from my account. I wasn't going to give these guys anymore money until they proved they were trustworthy and did what they claim they do on their website. Nope. They are deceitful and I am so mad at myself for not reading the reviews before I played there. The guy said they were refunding my deposit but I have yet to see it. You would think after all these complaints they would try and do better but the chat agent who helped me didn't care one bit. Don't spend money there!

Wish I could leave no stars!! First I tried for two weeks. Y’all they kept wanting g my photo and my DL and my cards even one I don’t use.! I won 200.00 haven’t seen it and haven’t done some of the things They want. Because get this they wanted a Copy of my bank statement to prove that the debit card was mine. Now here’s the problem with that. My debit card is not associated with my statement, and I wouldn’t send them my bank statement. The reason that I talk to them was because suspiciously after all that begging for all my cards I have over $1000 dollars trying to be pulled from my account on the card that they just absolutely insisted I verify. Now it says it’s from Sendwave Boston but I’ve never had a fraud alert on this card. I know 💯 that the people that are talking to you on chat are scammers that they’ve hired to get your information and they really insist that they have to have all this before they will pay you do not give them anything. I actually won some money and try to withdraw it and it’s over a months and it’s still pending. First I requested a check to be sent, it’s passed two weeks so I went to check on the status. Customer support is terrible, they went to tell me that I have to send in all the requirements and I told them that I have, they then tell me that they no longer send out check so now I have to send in my bank statements and other things. Three weeks later and it’s still pending. Wtf? I am super disappointed

I was given a $30 chip as part of a promotion. I won $100 with that chip. When I tried to make a withdrawal. They sed I needed to deposit $10 to verify the ltc address. So I did. I then withdrew $110. They gave me $11.00 and kept $99. So I went threw all of that for ONE DOLLAR! It was not worth it. Don't waste your time. This casino is a scam site. Nothing but a scam site. If you make it through their playthrough and want to withdraw your funds they demand a "fully refundable" small deposit of $10us in litecoin. Then the B.S. begins. They refuse your identification pictures because they're too "blurry" then they only offer your deposit back but none of your winnings and talk to you like you're an idiot. These people should have painful lives.

Had issue with duplicate account I had made one a long time ago and then forgot I had it made another one and then in the meantime I was playing it kind of like dawned on me that I thought I had another one at one point so I went to casino customer support asked him hey if I complete this playthrough as my account going to be good to go to withdraw and they notified me that I had to duplicate account and I asked what the email addresses were and they told me they would not give me the information until I made it deposit.
From my understanding it's against casino policy to have a duplicate account and it's subject to having your entire account banned for trying to misappropriate bonuses so I'll try to be honest but to kind of hold the information hostage for money is super stupid because as soon as you do that I realize what kind of s*** you're on and I'm not going to be part of it so you really just like screwed your own selves on that one because I would have been a depositing player you know what I mean have played the playthrough deposited some money and you know kept on playing cuz I was pretty close to beating the playthrough.... I deposited $50 to play with no coupons. I began to win. I tried to withdraw-request but I keep getting denied. It's been over a month now and still nothing

I played one of their bonuses that they offered. I ended up winning and went thru the process and as soon as I get it done they just came in and cleared my money I had on there and canceled my withdrawal and made some excuses about playing two bonuses which at other casinos that wouldn't have happen cause it states you have to deposit before and get another bonus but this is only casino that don't have that.

Superb customer service every time I spoke with support. I won $1,105 and it was deposited today. It did take a bit longer than originally predicted but considering how many payout requests the casino must get a day, and taking into account that each one is individually reviewed for authenticity, it is understandable that it took a bit longer. I received a bonus, made the turnover, fulfilling all the bonus rule and convert it i real cash. Then i won more money with that cash, and now when i ask for a cashout, they´re saying that i can´t get it. I have the money standing in the "withdrawable" screen, and they´re saying i can´t have it. So, they´re keeping the money above the limit withdrawable rule of the bonus, but when someone wins with the real money, they reffuse the withdraw. I think its a real warning and a hit in the trust with Ruby Slots. I don´t recommended it.
