Scam.... oh they will take your money and send you freeplay and you can actually win but don't think you are gonna cash out anything. Twice they have not paid me. The first time they came up with some rule that ther was a $10 bet limit ...I ok won't happen again. They kept my $300.... this time it was$500 and some other. BS. Never have I had a success withdrawal...... go play at casino extreme or limitless casino... at least they pay and normally within a few mins

Thought it was great, was winning and then...tried to withdraw and they make it impossible. They have no problem taking your money from whatever account but they won't pay out to that account.My advice, just stay away and play your money somewhere legit.

Don't waste your money here, if you win you'll never get your withdraw accepted. They don't have live chat, the only way to contact them is via email then they take 3 days to respond and aren't helpful at all, nothing gets resolved and then they start a whole new case number. Nope.

Recently won $5,000 which they only allow you to withdraw in $2,500 weekly increments. Which would be fine if it didn't take them so long to pay out. Terrible customer service, longest wait. Times for payouts, ridiculous hoops to jump threw for verification of identity. Bonuses have high play throughs, and then they still keep a chunk when you request a payout they don’t communicate or post all the ridiculous documents you need instead deny you with no explanation. They don’t follow through with follow ups as promised and the help email never gets back to you… don’t waste your time

If i could give zero stars! I see that the Casino never replied once to any of the complaints but i will throw mine in here anyway and i hope future players read this before playing at this site. I initiated redemption request on 12/27/2024. Until today01/19/2025 i go back and forth, they keep saying the money has left the casino and there is nothing they can do. They are not able to provide a trace number for the wire transfer nor escalate the problem. Request was approved out of time frame because i kept on contacting them. Payment in 6 days out of time frame line.
