Good food, difficult communication
Pleased with the food, our pup loves it and his digestion is great. There was a mistake with the order, which is fine,it happens. It has been really difficult sorting this out. The exchange of emails has been really confusing and without a phone number to talk to someone this is very frustrating.

Great food, great service. My 4 month old puppy loves this food, had to change a few flavours but Becky and the team were so helpful assisting with this.
Highly recommend, shiny coat, healthy toilet habits, happy Australian labradoodle.

Unfortunately I just don't want to re-freeze unthawed food.
Unfortunately, I received my order already partially thawed. I contacted the company and was told it would be absolutely fine. I disagree. The company told 'while we do pack the food into insulated containers with lots of dry ice, some defrosting is normal and the food is perfectly safe to pop into your freezer' I disagree. It wasn't packed with any dry ice and it was in a cardboard box! I would pay extra for super fast delivery as I noted it was at the Swansea DPD depot at 6am and delivered to my at 17:25pm. I just don't want to re-freeze unthawed food.
I'm sure the food is great but I probably live too far away. The company included in their email that 'food safety standards allow us up to 48 hours to deliver' I just don't want thawed food! Disappointing

Hi Colette, Im sorry this was your experience, we do our upmost to ensure the food maintains its integrity throughout transit. We proudly feed dogs in every county in the UK, the length and breadth of the country.
Our food remains frozen throughout processing, this means that if the food is slightly defrosted it is completely safe to pop in the freezer and use as normal.
In the winter months you wouldn't experience any thawing whatsoever, however in the warmer months you may, but rest assured it doesn't affect the quality or safety of the food.
We appreciate your feedback nonetheless :)

Simply easy to get the best dog food
This is the first food in 6 years, since we have our spoiled and fussy Apollo, who eats the food too enthusiastically that the bowl is empty in minutes.
We are going to stay with the company for a long time.
The price is likely acceptable as well.
The good thing is that there is no wasted paper with lots of instructions and company histories.
