excellent service!
Phone arrived quickly, working fine and in very good condition - so I was very pleased.
Unfortunately, as a technophobe, I was not able to even set it up properly, and really struggled, so decided to send it back.
RueZone handled this without any quibbles or making things difficult, so that was also pleasing.
I will certainly use them again - maybe go for a simpler, android phone, with set-up instructions if possible!
All in all, although it's not finalised yet, service has been top-notch thus far.

very happy with my phone. i would use ruezone again!
i decided to upgrade my iphone 6s after christmas as i was struggling with 16gb of space. i was looking for the best deals for an iphone that was 128gb that was below £200. ruezone were sellin the iphone 7 with 128gb for less than 150 in pristine condition. my order came within 2 days. the phone was as described. works like a dream and i'm very happy with my purchase. thank you. i will be using your services again.

Very poor service
I brought a phone for my daughters birthday and got next day delivery. Had the confirmation email and it took my money. However on the day of delivery they email me and say there wasn't enough stock to fulfil my order. Why take my money and let me order something you don't even have in stock!!!! Very poor service. Will NOT be ordering from here Again!
