All done on the net with no personal contact, but very efficient service, ipone was competitively priced, delivered quickly and in mint condition as advertised. Went to Ruezone on a recommendation which I would endorse.

Received a refurbished phone for my son. The phone stopped working after 3 months and RueZone were amazing when I contacted them. They took the phone back and repaired it within a couple of days and sent it back to me. Postage was paid by them. Excellent service. Will definitely use them again.

Received the phone. It looked great but was faulty, people could only hear me if I plugged in a headset. I Phoned to discuss returning. I was told I Could only do this via the post. No one is allowed to visit or even drop off the phone. I called a number of times and in the end paid a local firm to correct the issue as I couldn’t wait any longer. I wouldn’t use again just pure hassle

James was brilliant! He listened to me waffle on for ages about the issues I'd been having with my Huawei phone and my current requirements, then went away, had a think and did some research before recommending the Samsung Galaxy A7. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks now and I love it. I think it was a really good choice.

Don't usually leave reviews, but got some unreal service from this place. Got my Iphone for cheaper than anywhere else, as well as that it came in class condition, it also came in about 3 days. The battery was quite worn but since they said they covered it in their warranty I sent it back. They got back to me in 2/3 days and said it was repaired and its on its way back now. Would highly recommend

Ordered iPad and found it wasn’t compatible with my needs. Expected hassle getting a refund, but not a bit of it. Sent the item back and got full refund, within a day of them receiving it back.
Although I can’t comment on the quality of the products, the customer service gets 5 stars 🌟.

Terrible company to deal with. They sold me a faulty phone, that was in their words in pristine condition. I sent it back to be repaired and requested a next day delivery. They messed that up and said they had sent it on a 48h service. I came home today expecting to have my new phone, only to find its not here. Tomorrow I will have been without a phone for 9 days. Its just a joke. I do not recommended this company!

Ordered a iPhone in “pristine” condition. When it arrived it had 100% battery health but within three months of owning it it has dropped to 76% meaning every time I go out it is guaranteed to die on me. I emailed them but there warrenty for this apparently only lasts three months and I ordered mine three months and two weeks ago so now have to spend £80 on top of the £200 I paid for the suposidly pristine phone to get a new battery. Don’t buy from them. May as well spend a bit more on a new phone then have t keep paying to get it repaired. On top of this the back camera is faulty and when I record it is all jumpy.

Placed an order, received a confirmation email, but within thirty seconds received a cancellation email saying they didn't have stock to honour the order. Transaction still in my pending debits. So, I won't be able to use MY money to source a phone from elsewhere for up to TWO WEEKS, when my bank cancels it. DON'T ADVERTISE THE PHONE, DON'T ACCEPT THE ORDER IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE STOCK!

Sent me a faulty phone and now I can't get a response from them, sent me an auto-generated response 5days ago and now nothing. Save ur time and money there are much better companies out there.
