Masks were received and printing was back to front , tried contacting to raise the issue but got no response at all

My masks arrived printed back to front and were of no use to me, I emailed to request replacements and heard nothing back from the supplier. Very poor service overall.

After paying a small fortune for a Lions Rugby Mask plus £5 shopping in June, the mask still hasn't arrived from Timbuktu and now the Lions Tour is over!! I would not trust this company to buy from as it has a London address plastered on its website but the goods are shipped from China - very misleading!! I emailed to speak to someone about my failure to receive the mask I ordered and nobody bothered replying, exhibiting awful customer service. Can of a company. I absolutely would not recommend.

The mask was printed back to front.
When you looked in the mirror it was correct.
They did not offer to resend a different one.

The masks were all back ti front so I could not wear them. I would not recommend people getting them and paying 12.99 and then not able to wear them.

Masks are printed backwards (like a mirror image) have told the firm but no reply!! Not happy

Delivered the wrong product then ignored all my emails

Item arrived in good condition but printing on it was back to front so could only read when looking in mirror tried to contact seller had no reply

The British Lions face mask arrived but was printed INSIDE OUT!!
Despite many attempts to contact RugbyMasks requested my money back, there has been no reply at all!!
Stay away from these scamming clowns at all costs!!!

The masks are very thin and they do not stay correctly on the face

Nothing wrong with delivery time frame due to Covid19 logistic challenges.

My concerns are with the face masks as they are not the official merchandise for the respective teams - print quality of the logos gave it away.

Ordered two British & Irish Lions rugby face masks and as expected the package arrives 5-6 weeks later however the masks were printed mirror image back to front - so you'd have to look in a mirror to see them properly! I contacted Rugbymasks via email immediately asking for a replacement, even sending photos showing their printing error but never received a response. Very disappointing.

Paid £13 for a lions mask. Finally arrived with the print back to front. Multiple emails sent but no replies. Came from China too so be aware this isn't a British site even though they are. Co. UK!

Took weeks to arrive and then the 2 logos were printed as mirror images (ie unreadable). I wrote to rugbymasks asking for some level of refund for defective product and have been conpletely ignored.

These are the best fitting masks I’ve come across….. and has the bonus of supporting your team!
