The masks are good technical quality regarding appearance, but need to be better regarding medical effectiveness. They need to be more robust. They look good but also look a bit “flimsy”.

Ridiculous size

Satisfied with the masks but took forever to arrive
I ordered the All Blacks and a Spring Bok mask and have to admit that I am satisfied with the purchase.
However Rugbymasks weren't very helpful when trying to communicate with them about my concerns or should I say did not respond to any of my emails!
Be warned if you live in NSW Australia don't expect a quick delivery, no fault of Rugbymasks though.
I received an email re. dispatch in January and received them in the 2nd week of March no thanks to Australia Post!

Incompetence at its best
You sent me the wrong masks! Then I emailed 4 or more times to try and resolve the situation and there has been nothing but silence. Useless would be being kind. I have never experienced customer service as terrible as this! Don’t waste your time ordering with these people.
